That's when you meet Company X, a third party that is supposed to handle the delivery and install. Company X sets up a time for the "install" but they didn't say that was to verify the measurements not to install. I get a call from Company Z, he's an independent contractor that works for Company X who is a third party vendor who works for Lowe's! Company Z gets confused about dates and says he's not sure why they need to measure he thought he was hired to install. So nobody has come out to measure except for me and I know it will fit and it's my money any ways. So I call Lowes who says they have to have me talk to Company X, and 30 minutes later I am still on hold with Company X listening to Mozart I think. You don't want to do business with Lowe's, Company X and I can't tell you about Company Z.
