Let me start by saying we love trying the different ways to get out and be on the water. This was the most fun water trip we have had in Jacksonville! The AirBoat tour was the most fun way to see the area that we have taken. The current was strong, making the ride very enjoyably choppy. My wife's face hurt after the trip from having an ear-to-ear smile the entire way. The pilot made the adventure even better by telling us all about the areas we were passing. We had dolphins swimming right beside us, escorted US Navy Destroyer DD117 out of port, very happily got a lot of water spray on a hot day, not in but 90 minutes of fun and smiles. We have done the yacht America, smaller sailing ships, small motorize ships, and none compare to this adventure. Absolutely amazing. My wife is already wanting to book another ride with Crazy Fish. read more

Completely unprofessional company. I had booked an airboat ride and went to the address on their website. When I got there it was a house ??? I called the company phone number and they told me that was the mailing address, and not where we are supposed to be. Why on earth would you put the wrong address on your company website? The man told me I wasn't going to make it on time and "that sucks" then proceeded to tell me that there are no refunds. Don't give these people your money. read more

For the most part the boat ride was nice and the sights were great. on three separate occasions the boat captain turned the boat into our own wake, spraying the front seat passengers. we had other things we were doing after this tour. it was not fun walking around the rest of the day with my shirt, shorts, and underwear completely soaked. These stunts added nothing to the tour except the captain showing off. if you don't want to get wet do something else. read more

The tour might be nice if you don't have a hurricane coming and have to reschedule. However, if that's the case, don't expect a refund. Even the 72-hour cancellation policy apparently isn't true. Our trip was planned for Wed, 9/4/19 and we called on August 31st to let them know we had to move our flight up. The gentleman we spoke with told us to call back that evening, which we did and had to leave a detailed voicemail. On the 1st, we called *again* to confirm the cancellation and were told they wouldn't be going out on the 4th and they were preparing for Dorian and to call back. Since our return, we have sent several emails to jschrutt and to Peek Support requesting an explanation. The only one polite enough to reply was Alan from Peek Pro Help Desk who explained they were the booking company and to contact jschrutt. I'd already sent emails to that address but tried again. Amazing that I rec'd a reply immediately when I first booked the Thrill Ride tour but not so much as a courtesy response since then. read more

This is THE company to use for an airboat ride!!!!!! We moved from San Diego and have been dying to go on an airboat to get the whole "southern experience" and all. I got just that today except our tour guide Mike still had all his teeth! His boat was super clean and so much fun! It was too cold today to see much of anything beside birds but he made the best of it. He did find a baby gator so that was cool. He had huge soft blankets to keep us warm and head sets with awesome info and music! I was grinning ear to ear the whole time! He was a great tour guide very knowledgeable. My mom had a blast as well as my boyfriend who booked it. We will definitely be back in spring when it's warm and more animals out to see! read more
