We discussed prices and she said it would be about 209 for the detox treatments, when I asked how much it would be all in she said 265-300. I said okay because my budget is 300 and she said no problem. After the detox day I reached back out to schedule the lightening session and she told me it would be 310-350 for that appointment. I expressed confusion to her at that and she told me she thought she explained it clearly. When trying to communicate with her about options and where to go from there she stopped replying to me. I should also mention after the detox treatments I saw absolutely no difference in my hair. In her chair she manipulated the light so I thought I did but every other lighting my hair looked the same. I sought out other hairstylists to finish the process. All of which told me that those treatments she did on my hair were the wrong choice of treatment, and should have cost about 40 dollars. I feel so hurt and angry about being charged over 100 dollars more than necessary. All in all, Caity ignored my budget, did not adequately explain her process and prices, and most importantly overcharged me to an extreme amount on unnecessary services. I am very dissatisfied, disappointed, and cannot recommended this stylist.

This happened to be a vendor that I have been getting my skin care products from for years. She didn't smile much and didn't seem to want to know me or like me! At the end she briefly used some hand scrub and spray. After I left and went home my daughter asked me what that fragrance was and it was the spray for hands which had a lovely scent. My daughter who is getting married thought it would be a nice gift for her bridesmaids and we also were going to get them all gift certificates for facials from her directly and of course they are younger all w/good skin and live local so we thought they would enjoy this and have a better experience than I... just don't know why she has this nasty attitude towards me...I never have had an experience like this w/any "Professional". Sometimes you get differential treatment when you are going in for a deal and that absolutely was not the case. Jane was very sweet and easy to chat with. Her suite is cozy and her massage chair was incredibly comfortable. I visited her when I was pregnant, and she was very conscientious about what products she was using, their safety, and my comfort while lying down. She definitely took her time, and even went well over the time allotted for the appointment for some extra pampering. Definitely would highly recommend her services and she offers deals once you are subscribed to her email listserv.

Their site lists a hydrafacial which I've had before at a different spa but Serenity has a price listed for $115 and the cheapest I've ever found was $180. I was needlessly elated to find such a price but the reason is because you are not getting a real hydrafacial. First off, this is patented technology and Serenity has a knock off machine Aqua Touch or something to that extent. This is a clear violation to state you offer a trademarked and patented technology but yet their spa is not authorized for such or even owns one. By the time I was situated and she's about to start the so called Hydrafacial, I was extremely disappointed when I glanced over my shoulder to see some knock off machine that was not clearly the authentic Hydrafacial machine that is patented. I didn't want to make a fuss about it or dispute it so I continued with my facial and paid for such but this experience deserves to be a review to let others know what they are truly getting. This was my first time here as I stated and it was a very beautiful and calming environment but I specially went there to get a Hydrafacial and they don't offer such. My skin looked nice but not nearly the same result as with the real machine. Please change your website to truly reflect the name of something else but you can not state you offer something when that name is trademarked and you don't own the actual patented technology. Call it a water facial or aqua facial but things are trademarked for a reason.
