Around 2:25 p.m., I finally asked about our appointment and discovered we had been waiting in the wrong place. I was surprised that no one thought to check on us. If the yoga studio was closed, it seemed unusual to have guests just sitting in the waiting area without anyone saying anything. Thankfully, Sydney quickly stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She was kind and incredibly helpful. The massage itself was fantastic and more than made up for the rough start. Sydney and Alesia were both attentive and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, we left happy, and I would recommend them. If you book a massage, definitely ask for Sydney, Logan, or Alesia--they were absolutely amazing!

Baby had their own blanket and she included stretches that include lifting/holding baby. If baby was crying, she held him/her so we could continue. It was an amazing workout and I felt so refreshed afterwards! The studio is lowly lit, good temperature and good vibes. Bring your own mat but they provide any needed additional materials. I love that they have a large changing table in the bathroom too. Will be back!

While my massage therapist Faith was great. The concept of Massage Luxe is what drove me to NOT get a membership nor come back again. Duly noted in their fine prints. There's a 10 mins to get undress and 10 mins to get dress at the end of the massage. So that leave me 40 mins for the actual massage. While Faith did fix my most important areas. The 40 mins didn't really leave room for other areas. She just runs your hands thru it. Again the 4 stars are for Faith. I feel soo much better after she's done with my shoulders, arms and neck.. Her hands seem to be magical. But as far as the whole concept of the massage Luxe. I would've been paying $75 monthly for a 40 mins massage or without membership. It's $120. I wouldn't say it's a good bang for my bucks with I'm already tipping 20% on top of that. Especially with everything being soo expensive these days

A robe, slippers and a spa bag for my belongings was already prepared - a nice touch. I started with the salt cave experience. It was relaxing and I was cautioned that anything I brought into the room would have a salt residue afterwards. I didn't really notice a salt residue at all, even on my wet hair. The spa music and the lounge chair did make for a quiet transition from my busy morning into peaceful relaxing mode. Afterwards, I enjoyed a bit of time in the relaxation room. For hot tea, each day they have both a caffeinated and a decaffeinated option. It was served on a cute tray with honey and sugar options. Last, my 90 minute massage. A choice of scalp massage or foot massage was offered and I opted for the foot massage without hesitation. I requested medium pressure and only asked once for a bit less pressure in a sensitive area of my lower back, and my therapist was quick to adjust. I chose the lavender blend massage oil and it smelled lovely. Special attention was paid to my shoulders where I carry most of my tension. Having booked only a couple of days in advance, I did make a deposit of 50% up front and was already within the cancellation window. If more than one service is confirmed, a 20% gratuity for each is automatically added but that was well explained up front and during check out. I noticed a list of monthly membership options during checkout and I'm actually considering joining. It was easy to get an appointment and very relaxing, though I'd probably skip the salt cave and go right to the massage or opt for a facial next time.
