Upon my arrival and entering I was scolded for parking in the driveway! It was long, empty and the parking pad had enough room for my small car and the driveway remained empty during my entire visit! She finally said I must not had read about parking before my appt...I guess not but wow...this is how you greet a 1st time customer!!! After reprimanding me she finally greeted me. I have been getting facials and going to spas for several years and this was a first! We briefly discussed what my concerns were and began. I was already very familiar w/products she was using as I have been using them for quite a while as well as other French skin care lines. She is very good at massage but facial was comparable to others I've had in Charlotte area. I left w/my skin still feeling dry, but I purchased some product from her and of course tipped generously even after this experience. I even purchased a product online that she encouraged me to try, so I did make that purchased not from her directly but from vendor online that she instructed me to do! This happened to be a vendor that I have been getting my skin care products from for years. She didn't smile much and didn't seem to want to know me or like me! I decided that would be my one and only visit there for sure. I shared my experience w/a few others who have used her and they agreed she wasn't the warmest person but perhaps it takes some people time to relax and you never know what is going on in someone's life but it is unprofessional to take it out on clients. I know I have had numerous life challenges thru the years and still face some today. So recently she advertised a Mother's Day special which sounded like just what I needed having a very difficult year. She was kind of friendly when greeting me but again seemed stand offish and no smile??? Anyway, again she is great at massage which I did enjoy, and skin felt hydrated and look hydrated at that point. She recommended some very rich products which I did purchase from her directly spending quite a bit of money. Again, after a short time my skin felt dry once again and lost all hydration but the products I purchased relieved the dryness as I applied them thru out the day and I do like this line of skin care, but honestly, I think my skin looked better before the facial especially as the day went on. At the end she briefly used some hand scrub and spray. After I left and went home my daughter asked me what that fragrance was and it was the spray for hands which had a lovely scent. My daughter who is getting married thought it would be a nice gift for her bridesmaids and we also were going to get them all gift certificates for facials from her directly and of course they are younger all w/good skin and live local so we thought they would enjoy this and have a better experience than I... just don't know why she has this nasty attitude towards me...I never have had an experience like this w/any "Professional". I tried contacting Jane about this product to purchase w/no response until suddenly she replied and accused me of trying to pick her brain and taking away business from her and others in the same industry!!! Wow!! Beyond disappointing!!! We were going to purchase from her...I spent a lot of money there not once but twice and she just lost money by her inexcusable and unprofessional reaction toward me and future clients!!! We all work hard for our money, and we know what it is like to work in the service industry have always been generous no matter what the service is!! She is beyond rude and could not be more wrong about her accusations!!! Don't waste your time or money here when you can find great service w/lovely and pleasant professionals who are glad to have your business and give you an amazing experience in the Charlotte area!!! Sometimes you get differential treatment when you are going in for a deal and that absolutely was not the case. Jane was very sweet and easy to chat with. Her suite is cozy and her massage chair was incredibly comfortable. I visited her when I was pregnant, and she was very conscientious about what products she was using, their safety, and my comfort while lying down. She definitely took her time, and even went well over the time allotted for the appointment for some extra pampering. Definitely would highly recommend her services and she offers deals once you are subscribed to her email listserv.

Around 2:25 p.m., I finally asked about our appointment and discovered we had been waiting in the wrong place. I was surprised that no one thought to check on us. If the yoga studio was closed, it seemed unusual to have guests just sitting in the waiting area without anyone saying anything. Thankfully, Sydney quickly stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She was kind and incredibly helpful. The massage itself was fantastic and more than made up for the rough start. Sydney and Alesia were both attentive and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, we left happy, and I would recommend them. If you book a massage, definitely ask for Sydney, Logan, or Alesia--they were absolutely amazing!

Baby had their own blanket and she included stretches that include lifting/holding baby. If baby was crying, she held him/her so we could continue. It was an amazing workout and I felt so refreshed afterwards! The studio is lowly lit, good temperature and good vibes. Bring your own mat but they provide any needed additional materials.
