We just left the Inn after a 4-night stay to see as much of the Cape and local islands as possible in that time. Each morning we were greeted by Adrian and his amazing (also artistic & beautiful) culinary creations. Everything he made was absolutely delicious!! I got spoiled by the daily French press coffee he made for us. We also received excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat, including help getting reservations at certain restaurants (e.g. The Lobster Pot in Provincetown), where we were greeted by the owner ushering us to a sea view table. Our suite was perfect for us, with a very comfortable bed (didn't want to get out of it on our last day)! Adrian was very attentive, asking us each day if there was anything we needed. He gave us an amazing box of local chocolates, which paired well with the bottle of red wine we bought locally (ask him about wine glasses, which he will provide, along with a corkscrew). I think what impressed me most was the fact that Adrian actually stayed up quite late (like midnight) to greet us & orient us to our room. I saw some prior reviews that had some issue with him about late arrivals,...but I have to say it goes A LONG way to communicate with your host about unforeseen delays (so they know ahead of time--and at least have the opportunity to fine some alternatives to attending to late night arrivals). I wholeheartedly recommend this inn and would 100% stay again if we open to return.

Adrian has hospitality and hosting nailed. He knows how to provide an experience for you while staying at his property. Excellent taste in ambiance music and his breakfast is the best in Hyannis. The Gravlax is the best I've EVER had. Lobster BLTs and Cuban Sandwiches to die for. YUM. The location is great for walking to town, visiting the islands or one of the many beaches in the area. If you need travel suggestions or dinner suggestions ask Adrian and he will set you up! The best Hyannis has to offer

Thank you for an amazing stay! Rooms were clean, spacious, and ready with toiletries and beach towels. Despite the inn being full, I could barely hear the sound of other guests. The breakfasts were thoughtful and delicious!

For my husband and my first time to the Cape in March, we stayed at the Sea Street Inn for the weekend before heading to Boston. We arrived at the inn rather late (around 9pm) and Adrian went out and greeted us as we got out of our car and then gave us a tour of the Inn before retiring himself. Our room was clean and nicely-appointed and had everything we needed after a long car ride: super plush bed and pillows, clean shower and bathroom with well-stocked toiletries, quiet location. The mini-fridge was stocked with beer and water and sparkling water and the room was stocked with disinfecting wipes. Very thoughtful. And then we were in for a very nice surprise in the morning when we were greeted with the most thoughtful and beautifully prepared breakfast/brunch that we have had in any BnB: vegan corn muffin, scrumptious vegan huevos rancheros with vegan sausage, and a beautifully-arranged fruit plate. The reason it was a nice surprise for us was that seeing the pictures on the Inn's website and knowing that Adrian is trained in classic and modern French cooking, I did not expect him to "approve" of plant-based cooking so when I made the reservation I just put "vegan" in the special notes section hoping that he understands that we won't be able to enjoy his food. Not only did he not "not approve" of our way of eating, he went above and beyond by experimenting with vegan products that were new to him to make sure that we have the same, if not better, experience than any other guests that stay in his Inn. After our brunch, he spent a good half an hour walking us through the map that he marked up the night before for places that we can check out that day driving up and down the Cape. He left no details unexplained and my husband and I ended up just following his directions and we had the most relaxing and easy time checking out the area. Adrian knows the area well and the instructions that he gave us were almost turn-by-turn :-))) Thank you so much for your unsurpassed hospitality and we look forward to our next visit in the warmer months!

I'm hoping this review of the Sea Street Inn helps in your search for a place to stay and eat on the Cape. Your search should end here and go straight to booking your stay. Owner/Chef/Host: Adrian is amazing and is making a mark in this industry. His attention to detail will make The Sea Street Inn a relevant addition to the Hyannis area for years to come. Inn: Clean, fresh, finely appointed, comfortable. The photography all over is awesome. The common areas make for great end of evening conversation. Beds: Brand new, great pillows, slept through the night easily. Location: All within walking distance; beach, ferries to islands, downtown Hyannis, Kennedy Compound. Breakfast: Amazing! Simply "drop the mic and walk away" moment!

The Sea Street Inn - Best Inn in New England !!!! The Sea Street Inn is the best B&B in New England, to the point that it's a Boutique Inn Experience vs a traditional B&B stay!!! We selected the Inn based on reviews and price, and were very pleasantly surprised with the wonderful gourmet and artistic experience at the inn. The inn owner, Adrian, was a great conversationalist, and very knowledgeable about multiple topics including photography and boxing!! You can see the quality of the inn in the on-line photos of the artwork and the room appointments. The room was new and the bedding / appointments were excellent. The amenities were all first quality with a tremendous focus on details. Top quality cotton absorbent towels, no sulfites in the soaps/shampoo/conditioner, rain-shower with great water pressure, high-end security and detection systems, etc. Adrian has a refrigerator in the boxing photo room from which you can help yourself to refreshments, while discussing the artwork in both rooms, which I highly recommend! Everything has a new appeal as the inn has been open about three months. Adrian prepared a gourmet meal for breakfast, not the usual B&B fare, but a foodie heaven-like experience to start every day. He has a gourmet kitchen next to the breakfast room from which you can see him prep all of your meals. He plans the menu days in advance, for example we had a salmon dish for breakfast that took 48 to 72 hours for him to prepare - and it was Amazing!!! I've included a couple of pictures of the type of foodie experience we had each day (each picture was part of a multi-course breakfast experience of 4 to 5 courses each day!!! The experience was so good that I'd be willing to stay at the Sea Street Inn and commute into Boston!! To summarize, the Sea Street Inn is simply the best B&B we've ever stayed at (of the over 50+ B&B's we've stayed at in the past 20+ years). What a wonderful experience!!! We look forward to our next stay at the Sea Street Inn when we are in the Boston area.

Is the first time visitor to the Cape, I was a bit intimidated by Hyannis - a lot of the reviews…read morementioned Hyannis as being commercial/industrial, and I was looking for more of the relaxed, waterfront vibe. Anchor In provided the exact experience I was looking for. Upon arrival, we quickly enjoyed the marina view. The hotel is a boutique / 42 room inn with complimentary parking, complimentary continental breakfast, friendly staff, a beautiful pool, outdoor seating/fire pit and it's all within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Our room was comfortable, with a patio overlooking the marina. The bathroom was large and while not one of the more modern bathrooms I've seen, it did provide all of the accessories a traveler would need. The room also offered a Keurig coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room. The bed was a large king size bed, the mattress was a bit soft for my preference. For those who may be visiting the hospital, this hotel is also across the street from the hospital. If you're looking for a beautiful view, comfortable room, friendly staff, free parking and breakfast, all at a great rate, this is a wonderful option.

One word? AWESOME!…read more Initially, the thought of a B&B creeped me out. I don't like staying over friends or relatives' houses unless I must, let alone some stranger's house in an area I am unfamiliar with. Call me strange, but something about the concept of a B&B has so much in common with a horror film that ends with me getting killed along the line...but not here. My wife and I joined a few of our friends to go to Hyannis and Martha's Vineyard for Memorial Day Weekend and we stayed here. Craig and Ginny (the proprietors) were so friendly and accomodating. Both of them are very personable and full of great local knowledge that they really helped make our stay easier and more pleasant. You will be regaled with Craig's funny stories if you just take the time to speak with him. Ginny is so willing to make the stay as comfortable as possible. You could not ask for better hosts. At no time, did I think they would kill me, and cure my flesh to make sausages like in the movie "Motel Hell". (Sorry, my paranoia is a bit unreasonable). The place is literally a 10-15 min walk from Main street. The beach is 5 min in the opposite direction. You're so close, you can smell the salty air when you step from your room. The rooms are very nice. In fact, you have 2 choices of where to stay: Stay in the main house or the guest house. We stayed in the guest hose, facing the back yard and the large comfortable hammock that gently rocked me to sleep several nights. Our room consisted of a small sleeping area,, a bathroom and a closet. They got cable tv and I do believe there is wi-fi. But why come all the way to Hyannis to surf the web and watch cable? And the room size? Who cares. I was there to see the town, not stay indoors. It was more than adequate and very comfortable. By the way, the breakfast was DELICIOUS. You get two choices: some awesome egg dish or some ceral with yogurt. I went for the eggs and was pleased everytime. Damn, that was good food. Overall, we were extremely pleased. We're definitely going to stay here again. The rates are more than fair for all the accommodations, and the people here really make it worth the stay. My only regret in writing this review is that you'll read this and stay there with your friends and make it harder for me to do so. Do not make me slay you...

I feel like the other reviews are a little harsh. Yes, it's old and has a cottage-like feel but you can clearly see that from the pictures on the website. I wasn't planning on spending much time in the room, so that didn't bother me. I thought the room was comfortable and clean. Hospitality was welcoming and helpful. Also, to address another review, I was able to stay for only one night, but that was through Expedia. Pros: Walking distance to a beach Can borrow beach towels and beach chairs for free Cute outdoor sitting area Access to kitchen with fridge and other appliances Simple breakfast included (cereal, fruit, bagels, etc) Cons: Parking is included in your stay, however the parking area can get full. It is a gravel lot with no parking spaces or parking passes required. My friend and I got back in the middle of the night after a night out and all the spots were taken. It would be really helpful if the spots could be reserved per room so it's guaranteed that you'd always have a space. Also, I think this place would benefit from better lighting. I went down for breakfast in the morning and only windows lit the dining room. Poor lighting just makes the rooms like dark and dingy. I would stay here again!

However, the following day I encountered unprofessional and unsanitary conditions that have left me extremely concerned. On Saturday afternoon, I approached the housekeeping staff to request clean towels and politely asked that they not clean my room. The housekeeper I spoke to was dismissive and rude. She asked me to place the used towels on the floor, then handed me a trash bag and instructed me to place the towels inside myself. I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. Worse yet, on Sunday morning, while drying myself after a shower, I was horrified to discover dried blood on one of the supposedly clean towels that the same housekeeper had given me. It was extremely disturbing and unacceptable for a hotel of Marriott's standards. I immediately re-showered and used a clean shirt to dry myself instead. At checkout, I showed the photo of the towel to a front desk employee (a Latina woman), who asked for my phone number on a yellow sticky note and told me the manager would contact me. No one has called me since, and it has been several days.

This is the place that is the center of Cape Cod, and all the features she has to offer; the beaches, restaurants, attractions and nightlife. While Cape Cod is small, only about 50 miles long, we find staying in Hyannis is the best spot to start our day-trips: a ferry ride to Martha's Vineyard, or down the road to Provincetown, both are only minutes away. Instead of blowing our budget, we just return each evening to the inn. Last summer, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the back porch, checked out the menus from a few nearby restaurants, had dinner at Alberto's, and were back at the Inn by 10. Another night, we enjoyed the Hyannis nightlife, and returned around midnight. The comfortable, relaxing solitude of the Inn makes you feet like a thousands miles from anywhere, but we know the Ocean is less than a half mile away, and the restaurants and nightlife are only a half mile the other way. Perfect! That's the nice thing about not being in a hotel downtown. This is why we always come back several times a year to this Inn, Bill the Innkeeper always treats us like royalty each time.
