It's in a good location close to airport with free shuttle, Parking prices are good, and free breakfast in the morning but rooms are a little outdated and could use a little TLC. Overall I've had no issues here except a few cleanliness concerns. read more

First off there is no way in hell I would ever stay here, the hotel is run down and just gross, we tried a few years back and we left due to the filth and unkept rooms. That out if the way it is a good place to park your car we used this many times since it's safe and cherish (they raised their prices recently so I may go shopping for another park and go place next trip, so there's that. They have monitored parking although I'm not sure if it's there for a false sense of security or they look and would call the police if something was wrong. I do not recommend this place for anyone. they charge $10 cash only for a room key deposit. No other hotel I've stayed in does that. It's stupid. Someone took a piss in the toilet n didn't flush n the place smelled like piss as soon as I walked in. Bathtub is not cleaned. The floor is dirty, but nice. It def needs a new paint job and new doors. The lock on the door is broken and doesn't even lock. The key reader is the only lock and if the door isn't slammed shut it's not gonna lock. There's only two lamps in the room, but only one is plugged in and the other ISNT even by an outlet to plug it in. So there's really only one dimly lit lamp with a busted ass lamp shade. The bed mattress is somewhat comfy but you can tell it's really cheap it's too soft. But the sheets and the bedding at least look like they been washed. Bring your own just in case. The nicest thing about this room is the tv. The lady at the front seat gave me the card but no info on wifi and they advertise free wifi but it's password protected. read more

Unfinished flooring, broken door in the bathroom, unusable kitchenette. No coffee maker. Towels so old I wouldn't use them for rags. No joke!! Our key worked in the next door room, as we went to to the wrong room after a walk to the gas station for food. UNSAFE!!! We booked at 109.00 a night through Expedia. BEWARE! Stolen catalytic converter. We've used the airport parking service here for years. The staff and drivers have always been good. We returned from our trip to pick up our car and the catalytic converter had been stolen. The staff played dumb like they'd never heard of a catalytic converter. I booked a cheap room close to the airport for my 8hr overnight layover thinking that, at 8 months pregnant, I'd be more comfortable in a hotel than killing the night in the terminal. I was wrong. The check in process and hotel shuttle were fine, staff was friendly, no complaints there. But the door lock was questionable, people yelled and hollered all night, and I finally had to unplug my room phone to get it to stop ringing. The bed was so uncomfortable that even when I could get an hour of uninterrupted sleep it was restless at best. I seriously would have been more rested just kicking it in the terminal all night. If you're into feeling like you just set $80 on fire though, this is your place. read more

This is the first ever bad review I've left.. the place was pretty run down, the walls had stains and weren't even matching with the other walls, the area is sketchy and there was duct tape on the freaking bed! The AC was functional but broken and hanging down, only being held by a piece of duct tape as well. The microwave didn't work and the TV didn't work either. The bed was really loud and the springs would squeak like crazy. It looks like there was a hole in the wall at one point and their solution was to paint some pieces of wood white and nail it in place. Definitely not going to come back here ever again, I would've been way better off staying in a motel 6 or even sleeping in my damn car at a Walmart parking lot. read more

When we walked into the room we were hit with an overwhelming smell of very heavy cologne. I asked if we could change rooms but the front desk said nothing was available. So we had to have the windows wide open and the fan on throughout the night. Not normally a problem unless the sun doesn't go down until close to midnight hours and you have to wake up at 4am to catch an early flight. Definitely won't be staying here again for any of my future Seattle trips. read more

Not the best, yet not the worst. My third time staying here while on business, and the pros and cons with all things equal have me giving this venue a 3, even though it could easily be a 2.5. The Pros: 5 minutes away from SeaTac airport, shuttle service provided, $7 a day to park (if you were traveling out of town on a weekend, for example), and being next door to Denny's. The rate is usually between $49.99 and $59.99, and the owner and his family + employees are very, very nice and give very good customer service. The WiFi is free (unlike Motel 6 at $2.99/day), and the connection speed is absolutely exceptional. I upload and download plenty of data files for work and found this aspect to be quite useful, especially when you compare it to the slow speeds of Ramada and Motel 6 down the street. Oh, this motel serves blue berry muffins and coffee every morning at 6, something that I rarely see budget motels do. Rooms are pretty clean (for the most part), and the housekeepers are pretty good at cleaning up and not being sloppy about it (seen that at other places). The Cons: the rooms are decent quality. The furniture, flooring and tile have seen better days, yet they are decent (some bathtubs look jacked up, so be prepared). The beds have been consistently soft, yet xonsidering how dated the other furnitire was, this is to be expected. The rooms do come with fridges, which is surprising yet appreciated. Parking in both the front and back lots can get tight on space as well as in available parking. And you do pay a $5 key deposit (whatever) that you get back upon checkout. Better to put down cash instead of plastic, otherwise you'll forget about the deposit altogether. The biggest con that I had was in the walls being super thin. You can here just about every conversation/action of your neighbors next to you and above you. And I do mean "everything", if you know what I mean. Being on the bottom floor sucks because the people above you sound like a herd of elephants running across the floor. I've stayed in rooms 110, 115 and 221 in the past, and even though 115 is the nicest of the three, I would have preferred to stay in 221 due to it being quiet. It's just annoying to be woken up at 3 or 4 am everyday to hear the running, jumping, humping, crashing, and doors slamming and so forth while being on a lower floor level. Overall, I can't really knock this venue too bad due to it meeting my basic needs as well as being in a pretty good location. This particular area on International Blvd is by no means in a bad area, and I would certainty stay here again to stay under my per diem budget (if I have to). Yet next time, I'll request a 2nd floor room. read more

Update: requested refund due to the poor conditions and price paid was not conducive to the stay at all. Per Travelocity they contacted the property twice to request a refund and they denied a refund because we stayed. We had to because it was after 10pm and I was in a car accident recently plus recovering from surgery still so running around looking for a new hotel with no car was not an option. Thankfully Travelocity came through and refunded our one night stay. Um. Well the staff were nice. However, I am in awe as to the shape and hygiene practices of this place. The walls were so filthy and the microwave still had splatter and grime, it was litteraly sitting on top of a mini fridge like a backyard hillbilly set up. The carpet felt greasy and filthy. The door had a chunk of wood missing from the corner. My favorite gross part was the tub. So that was the worst shower I have ever seen in a place that I have stayed at. The floor of the shower swelled up with water underneath it and it never drains is my guess because it felt mushy when I got in the start. I was scared of bed bugs but I checked and didn't see anything. And let's talk about the bed. I lifted up the sheets in my check for bed bugs and OMG I kinda wish I hadn't. It was gray with filth and so so old that you could feel the springs. We couldn't turn the lights on with the first switch as you entered the room only to find both lamps were not even functioning. Infact one was missing a light bulb. Really? And the other just wouldn't turn on. I don't even know how my husband got the light on finally. I woke with a stiff neck from the horrible bed and pillow set up. There is definitely a lack of care, cleaniliness and room maintenance. Just gross... everything, and I mean everything was dirty and needs to be closed for some serious cleaning and safety checks of the items in the rooms. Oh and the contintenal breakfast was cut in half Costco muffins and coffee that was so awful I gagged. When I got home I decided to shower again because it was so filthy. First...it started after check-in I discovered that there was no elevator - wheeling my suitcase upstairs in the rain was no fun on my own. BEDBUGS IN ROOM 205 I recently submitted a positive review for Seatac Inn in TripAdvisor. Unfortunately I woke up this morning covered with bedbug bites. Trip Advisor does not allow for a review to be edited so I am posting here and in Yelp. I want to emphasize that the room looked and smelled clean. Sadly I cvome to the realization that the bedbug problem is out of control and I am cancelling all my upcoming trips. I'lltake only day trips until the problem subsides. It's not a 4 or 5 star hotel by any means, but it's really quiet, clean, inexpensive and has a very friendly staff. Free wi-fi. Yes, the place needs some updating, but for the price I can't nitpick. The continental breakfast is laughable, muffin tops and coffee or tea - but there is a Denny's right next door. I really liked the quick shuttle service from the airport back after a delayed flight. It is less than a 5 minute walk to get to the LINK station which was my savior of not having to pay Seattle hotel prices and not having to rent a car. $6 gets you round trip to downtown. Perfect. I booked the hotel for my overnight layover, when it showed up on expedia at a discounted price. My boyfriend and I took the airport shuttle and checked in. We got to our room, sat on the bed looking around for about 15 minutes. Then we check out and walked to Crown Plaza. Did not bother asking for our money back, as we were just so exhausted and fed up. The guy behind the counter did not look at all surprised that we were leaving; I'm sure we aren't the first ones. I could go on about all the terrible details, but I think the other reviews speak for themselves (I wish I had checked reviews before booking. Lesson learned). This is a review for airport parking, The older couple I have dealt with in the past have been stellar, so not sure what happened with the new staff. Recently it took 20 minutes of waiting to get picked up. The driver had already picked some people up and apparently thought they were the LEGIT callers for a ride and that MOI was some SKETCH was was looking for a free ride to the light rail station. So I was not let onto the glam van until I not only verbally confirmed I had called (which he didn't believe), said I car in the lot (which he also didn't believe), but showed him my receipt for parking (how rude! which the other riders were not required to do). As if this wasn't bad enough, my complaining was dismissed by the driver and by the person working the desk inside and led to them speaking in another language about me (I understand enough of this language to know) and refusing to revert back to English. Nice, right? Needless to say there was no apology or even a kind word offered. They would not give me the name of the manager either. They offered a ride to other people whose cars were parked in the back 40, but told me to hoof it. I have always tried to support dive small businesses along the strip whenever I am in town, but back to Doug Fox I go. You know, I may not look like much, but you can't have one rule for Fancy Feast and then tell Friskies to get to the back of the bus. Besides we all know that Fancy Feast doesn't tip. If I could give it less than one star, I would. We had to spend the night in Seattle after a missed flight so we decided to stay close to the airport. We needed to stay for about 7.5 hours. It was cheap but in retrospect We should have slept inside the airport. We are not picky. We would be fine with no amenities. We only needed a clean bed. This place is a dump. The room smelled horribly. The sheets may have been washed but they had a lot of stains. I cannot believe people who have stayed there would ever come back. This place was okay at first. My boyfriend and I would stay every other weekend just as a quick getaway. So 2 weekends a month. One of the ladies and one of the men at the front desk are super nice. I will say that. However it's very rundown, parking sucks and every time I've gone in they've been on the phone with someone who had been waiting at the airport an hour or more for the shuttle that rarely comes even though they're literally 5 min from the airport. I'm clear view behind the front desk there are about 100 copies of people's IDs that say "Do not rent!" So they kick people out all the time. Good and bad I guess. The place is full of super shady people regardless. Two of the cleaning ladies on our way out the last time we stayed there were speaking Spanish and talking loudly saying "that man, he's crazy, yeah the one in the blue sweatshirt.." not realizing that I speak Spanish. Or maybe they did know and just blatantly didn't care. It was incredibly rude. They were saying other things as well that I'd rather not repeat. They called down to the checkout desk on our way out saying the room reeked of marijuana. We went to a dispensary (marijuana is legal in WA state) and made a purchase the night before but did not smoke in the room and were accused of doing so. The Indian woman at checkout said and I quote "next time just make sure it's sealed tightly in a bag because it's strong smelling stuff" okay sure no problem. Luckily I was never asked for a deposit. I doubt I would've gotten it back. You can hear the people in rooms next to you, we had to reprogram the damn tv every time and the walkways are old, cracked tile that the rain hits and it's incredibly slippery. We used to love this place, run down and all, because it was cheap and the front desk people were nice, this last time was it. I tried to check in again and they wouldn't rent to us because they could smell marijuana (not burnt, just the flowers) Not a problem. There's a million other cheap hotels around the area. We went to the Holiday Inn for $20 more and it's WAY nicer, cleaner, big breakfast in the AM, the room was huge.. I could go on. There are hotels everywhere in Seatac. Sucks they refused our patronage as we came every other weekend but it was a blessing in disguise as we found much better hotels at very similar prices. read more

To start, no refunds after you have been in your room a few minutes (so they must know their rooms are crappy, right?), and the area, it felt scary, we almost half expected to see hookers... The stairs, someone, sometime, is going to break their neck falling down their uneven, lumpy stairs. We were given a room upstairs, room 204 to be exact. The bed still had someone else's hair in it, and the bathroom still had hair in it. I left at about 11pm for my late flight out of Seattle, leaving my tot and husband behind (they caught a different flight). He woke up to find a bug crawling on the pillows. What kind of bug, we will never know...we disposed of all our stuff we had with us from that hotel except the expensive stroller that we let sit in hot water over night. You get what you pay for ? I guess The hotel looks like apartment complex that is ran down . They do offer a shuttle service from the airport which is the only plus side too staying here . I had a single room for 78.00 bucks plus a 50.00 deposit. Upon walking into the room it was clear that the furniture in the room was older and had stains which didn't bother me much . My tv was already on and it had looked like someone already say on the top bedding . The bathroom area was not cleaned the sink had a lot of hair as if a man had shaved over it . The bathtub was not cleaned nor was the microwave . I didn't even smell a sent of cleaning products . The floor didn't look swept and the table provided in the room had crumps on it . After reviewing the bed I did notice that the sheets was cleaned I took the top comforter off and didn't use it during my stay . I would advise anyone to turn on the AC/heat as it looks like a lot of dust would come out . My tv didn't work as well and I tend to like white noise as I sleep so I used my phone . Overall for 78.00 bucks plus the deposit I don't think it was work it especially if you can't get a cleaned and wiped downed room . The two stars is for the service I received from the younger woman who worked at the front desk who had good customer service . The older lady with the black hair was rude and monotoned . Where to begin. I wish I would have read the reviews before I stayed here. My boyfriend and I drove to Seattle and got in pretty late and this place was the only one that had an available room (we probably called about 20 places all together). We showed up and paid $67 for the worst place I have stayed in. Everything was dirty, the curtains were stained and falling off the rod, the AC looked like it was going to fall out of the wall, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very, very long time. We were too grossed out to use the towels or sleep in the bed, so we ended up setting up our camping tent in the room (we were on a road trip) just to not feel like we were going to be getting bugs or anything in our stuff once we left.
