The bedding i unmade the bed to checkout the sheets.

I do not recommend this place for anyone. they charge $10 cash only for a room key deposit. No other hotel I've stayed in does that. It's stupid. Someone took a piss in the toilet n didn't flush n the place smelled like piss as soon as I walked in. Bathtub is not cleaned. The floor is dirty, but nice. It def needs a new paint job and new doors. The lock on the door is broken and doesn't even lock. The key reader is the only lock and if the door isn't slammed shut it's not gonna lock. There's only two lamps in the room, but only one is plugged in and the other ISNT even by an outlet to plug it in. So there's really only one dimly lit lamp with a busted ass lamp shade. The bed mattress is somewhat comfy but you can tell it's really cheap it's too soft. But the sheets and the bedding at least look like they been washed. Bring your own just in case. The nicest thing about this room is the tv. The lady at the front seat gave me the card but no info on wifi and they advertise free wifi but it's password protected.

Just picking up our car on way home from airport. This place is an affordable way to park your car on a long trip. Very reliable. We've used this place several times while flying.

This is the first ever bad review I've left.. the place was pretty run down, the walls had stains and weren't even matching with the other walls, the area is sketchy and there was duct tape on the freaking bed! The AC was functional but broken and hanging down, only being held by a piece of duct tape as well. The microwave didn't work and the TV didn't work either. The bed was really loud and the springs would squeak like crazy. It looks like there was a hole in the wall at one point and their solution was to paint some pieces of wood white and nail it in place. Definitely not going to come back here ever again, I would've been way better off staying in a motel 6 or even sleeping in my damn car at a Walmart parking lot.

they said lied about the bed bugs but i have proof and will be contacting health services. and pursuing this legally

they have bed bugs!!!!!!!!!! disgusting!!!!! i am so upset w these people and how they treated me after i told them about the situation.. they deserve to be put out of business!!! i would post pics but most of the bites are in my back and behind!! the worse place u can have itchy bites. i'm from cali i live in las vegas i was here visiting.. i've never had to deal with this let alone the horible customer service! when i told them i had bites all over my body they said i was lying. but my body is full of bites. she then tried to say that i was lying but clearly i was not the only one who has experienced this horrible situation. not only do i have really really bad bites but my 4 year old does as well.

The executive lounge was a bit small, but it offered a good selection of beverages. Breakfast was somewhat limited, though it included scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, breads, and fresh fruit. It's a self-service lounge, so guests also clean up after themselves--which wasn't a problem, just something to be aware of. The gym was well-equipped, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and inviting. What really stood out was the staff--they were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again. We only stayed for one night but it would be an option for future since railway is walking distance to get to.

The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms look great, and the location is super convenient if you're flying in or out of SEA. We also ate in the lounge area and really enjoyed the food. The crab cake, bao buns, and shrimp and salmon Cobb salad were all delicious and made for a great last meal in Seattle. Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the noise and extremely thin walls. We were in room 710, and we could clearly hear coughing and entire conversations from the room next door. There was also a random pinging noise every so often. It got to the point where we found ourselves whispering because we knew our neighbors could probably hear us just as clearly. That made it difficult to really relax and enjoy the room. We considered asking to move, but since it was later in the day and we were only staying one night before our flight home, we decided to stay put.

We arrived by train and walked a quick five minutes from the station to the registration desk. Our second-floor room with two king-size beds was great. There was tons of space and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was disappointingly small, with an old-school tub and shower. We had a view of the Cascades courtyard and their large outdoor pool. There was also a hot tub and a fire pit to enjoy. The landscaping was incredible and well done. While we could have walked to the terminal in the morning, we opted for their quick five-minute shuttle ride. We enjoyed our stay here and will likely return if we book another early morning flight in the future.

I must add that it is convenient if you are physically capable of walking without assistance. If you are arriving into SeaTac airport, you follow the directions toward the skybridge that takes you by the same light rail station that would take you to downtown Seattle. Once you get to the light rail station, follow the next skybridge that has stairs and an elevator that brings you down to street level (International Blvd). The hotel is right across the street. We were told they do have a shuttle to the airport to take you door to door, but we did not use it. Our hotel room was right by the exit door that faced the entrance to the skybridge that takes you to both the light rail station and the airport terminal. The hotel itself is fine. It's nice, but not super fancy. It has everything you need (except a pool to swim in, but I'll get to that). It has an onsite restaurant (Spencer's Steak and Chops) that is open for lunch and dinner. There is a cafe-style area that serves coffee, tea, and a few breakfast items like pastries, a breakfast sandwich, and a breakfast burrito. There are also some grab and go items. There is no free breakfast option, so that is something to consider. The hotel room itself is fine also. Not fancy and new, but also not old. It was clean and it is average all around. It did have everything we need, but I did notice that there was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. There was always only the roll (which was not a full roll) on the dispenser. There is a nice garden area with seating and plenty of areas indoors to sit whether it's to read a book or just need some breathing space outside your room. I used the fitness center which was great. You have to walk across the lobby area and through another part of the hotel where the conference rooms are to get to it. There were plenty of options like treadmills, exercise bikes, weights, etc. There is a restroom, towels, and water. This is also where you would walk to get to the pool area, which we did not get to until the third day of our stay. (We stayed 5 days/4 nights). The Seattle area was quite warm (low 80s F) when we went (mid-late August), so we were really looking forward to taking a cool dip in the pool. It was after 7pm and there was no one in the pool area except for a woman who was sitting on a lounge chair reading a book or on her phone. I wondered if it would be busy with families/children, but it wasn't. Perhaps it was dinner time. As we approached the pool, we saw that it was filthy. It was either really dirty or the bottom of the pool was stained black. My daughter and I both looked at each other not knowing what to say other than there was no way we were getting in. She took several photos. We were extremely disappointed. We left to go back to our room, but not without me waiting in line with people who were checking in to the hotel so that I could report the unusable swimming pool. There was only one hotel staff at the desk with quite a few folks in line, so by the time I got up there, the person apologized and that was it. I asked if I could leave message for management about the pool and I gave my room number. I don't know if it ever got to anyone, but the next morning on the way to the fitness center, I stopped at the front desk again and spoke to the person there. This time I had someone a bit more receptive, he apologized for the unacceptable nature of the pool (I showed him the photos), and was given a discount for that day (and only that day). I would probably stay here again if I am considering whether or not I have transportation when I'm visiting. The cost would also need to be factored in. We did have a day that we hopped on the light rail to downtown Seattle, and that was super convenient. I was hoping for a bit more out of a Hilton, but it was fine. Three stars.

I was told that I could not book the shuttle until I was physically at the pickup location with all of my belongings, which I understood and followed. Once I arrived at the pickup location, I called again and the shuttle arrived about 15 minutes later, which seemed reasonable. However, once the driver arrived, he explained that he could not leave yet because he needed to wait for additional passengers before departing. This was confusing because I had specifically been told earlier that I could not request the shuttle until I was already ready at the pickup point. At the time the shuttle arrived, no one else was waiting at the location besides me, so the extra waiting ended up adding unnecessary time when I was already on a tight schedule. Overall, the parking itself is convenient and the staff were polite, but the communication around the shuttle process could be clearer and more consistent. If you're not in a rush, it works fine, but if you're on a time crunch, the shuttle timing may be unpredictable.
