Brand new apartment building south of the river…read more 1. Location - I wanted to move near water & not be in a crazy busy area. I love that it's near Tennis courts, a Publix & not on a busy road. It's nice not tons of cars are going to be around unless they have to absolutely be around there. I also wanted to live near water, but I also did not find anything I liked near the beach...so being by the river is nice. Plus I love seeing the boats pass by~ very soothing 2. The building & unit - elegant & creative. A beautiful bundle. This building has specific floor layouts for units I could not find elsewhere like built-in closet organizers for walk in closet, tub + shower + double sinks all in one unit- this was quite rare to find. *high ceilings only in select units* ~ amenities are nice; pool, sauna, mini movie theater, a gym. I also love that the garage has high ceilings~ some garages feel very cramped- this one does not, thankfully 3. Grateful for life & to see how the city has been growing. It's inspiring to see how new buildings have been under construction & then seeing it all come to fruition.

During the tour, it became immediately apparent that the building has undergone significant improvements. The common areas are better maintained, the property feels more inviting, and there is a noticeable sense of organization and professionalism throughout. The new management team has clearly invested time and effort into enhancing both the appearance and overall resident experience. Alexis was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions while highlighting the updates and amenities available to residents. It was refreshing to see how much attention has been given to improving the property since I lived there. The building has a completely different feel today than it did in the past. The improvements are visible throughout the property, and it's clear that management is focused on creating a better living environment for residents. Based on what I saw during the tour, I would feel comfortable recommending the building to friends and family looking for a unique loft-style living experience in the area. Although the positives far outweigh the negatives in all fairness there are two that are quite concerning. The vagrant population has always been an issue in downtown Hollywood and there are no shortage of them migrating around the immediate area. The other issue that creates an unwanted anxiety is the extremely limited guest parking situation, which I endure each time I visit with a constant fear of getting booted, towed or fined. The QR Parking Attendant app thankfully worked this time without issues. Beautiful spacious lobby with a friendly security officer until 3am. They have great closet space which is always important. Their maintenance crew is always on top of things when you put in a service request and super kind as well. My only issue with this place was the constant fire alarms going off. Sometimes there was no emergency and no need for them to be going off at random times in the day/night. Also, I had a neighbor that was Loud at all type of times, and when I complained nothing was really done because she kept doing it. Aside from that this place is conveniently located near different highways and the sawgrass mills mall.

Adam, the professional we first encountered for a tour was outstanding on our first visit, and continues to be so as we are now tenants. Regardless of the fact, the staff at The Manor in Plantation is very friendly and attentive. Blanca Reyes is always available to answer any questions or concerns and made the moving transition as easy as possible. The Manor is well localized- about a block from Publix, a mile from Target, a mile from Westfield Mall, and access to highways is not far away. The apartment itself is immaculate- granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full size washer and dryers. The grounds are well kept, and the interior is always clean. Overall, I am impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the upkeep of the complex, the apartment, and the amenities for the price.

Alex the Manager gave us a tour of the property and the rest was history. The Remy has been our home for only a few months but we couldn't be happier. The property has an amazing staff very friendly and attentive to all the residents. Alex has been on top of all of our needs from day 1 and his customer service skills are top notch. We are very happy to call the Remy our home.

For a relatively new building marketed as a modern luxury property, there are also more operational issues than I would expect, however,  The amenities can feel overtaxed at times. One of the elevators was out of service for quite a while, although management announced today, with considerable enthusiasm, that all four elevators are finally operating again. Hopefully they stay that way. Parking is another frustration. The garage is supposed to offer the convenience of valet parking, but there have been times when parking availability has been an issue, and the app residents were given to manage the valet experience has been unreliable at best. The building's electronic door/access system has also been a recurring problem for multiple residents. The Ecobee thermostats were another nice "smart building" feature, but residents can no longer control them through an app. Individually, none of these things is catastrophic. Collectively, however, they take away from the experience you expect from a newer luxury building at this price point. There are rumors that some of the issues are apparently related to availability of maintenance budget funds.  I hope not. Management also seems unusually particular about their social events. There have been building events where residents' friends and guests are present, but there are apparently other events where even a resident's boyfriend or other guest may not attend unless they are themselves a resident. While I've never had an issue, for an apartment community populated by adults, that strikes me as an unnecessarily rigid and somewhat odd approach to building a sense of community. The Registry has a lot of potential, and I don't dislike living here. My frustration is that the physical property and location promise a more polished experience than the day-to-day operation consistently delivers. I would much rather see management's attention focused on making the elevators, parking, access systems, smart-home technology, and other basic conveniences work reliably. A good building, in a great location, that could be much better with more attention to the resident experience and the systems residents actually use every day.

I wanted to explore on my own. When i arrived, the young ladies that worked here were very attentive, even offered us donuts (which were delicious by the way). I was given a key, and a map on where to go. We explored the community which is super nice and were able to look at a few apartments with different finishes. They are very nice but i feel like the bedrooms are really small, especially the master and the closets as well. I didn't understand why a walk in closet that was already small would have a door that opens into the closet taking up more space. If it wasn't for the size of the bedrooms and the closets and the weird way the doors open into them, i would move here.
