Brand new apartment building south of the river…read more 1. Location - I wanted to move near water & not be in a crazy busy area. I love that it's near Tennis courts, a Publix & not on a busy road. It's nice not tons of cars are going to be around unless they have to absolutely be around there. I also wanted to live near water, but I also did not find anything I liked near the beach...so being by the river is nice. Plus I love seeing the boats pass by~ very soothing 2. The building & unit - elegant & creative. A beautiful bundle. This building has specific floor layouts for units I could not find elsewhere like built-in closet organizers for walk in closet, tub + shower + double sinks all in one unit- this was quite rare to find. *high ceilings only in select units* ~ amenities are nice; pool, sauna, mini movie theater, a gym. I also love that the garage has high ceilings~ some garages feel very cramped- this one does not, thankfully 3. Grateful for life & to see how the city has been growing. I lived on a deluxe 1br top floor facing pool. Building was BEAUTIFUL, and I felt like a king, was still half empty. I quickly discovered my nice neighbor had a drinking problem. She was a blonde girl with a little dog. The dog would yap NON STOP, all night long. Sadly security or management didn't do anything. Gym and pool was great and well kept up for the first 6 months. Around early 2020 it started to show bad signs and then Covid hit and it went downhill fast. The problems I see here were born when I lived there. Biggest issues they seriously need to fix: - dog pee and poop was out of control around the grounds, they made me pay for a poo print for my cat, because they required all pets to register but they never enforced this was just a waste - mail room - beyond ridiculous how any employee can allow this is beyond me . It's a huge mess and finding packages is impossible, lots of theft - yea the elevator tile has a crack in ocd that bothered me but not as bad as the garbage rooms. Always left dirty and smelly. - pool, was fine but a guy screaming I love you Jesus at 11pm and security doing nothing was ridiculous then I saw a couple apparently having sex. Other than that I loved the pool until March when the whole place was shut down for months. - garage door - it broke a lot - parking - was ok nobody was ever in my spot but it was far from my apartment - bike storage - we had zero issues it was beautiful but sad to see like so much else they just don't care - hallways were brand new sad to see them with holes in the walls for days - loud neighbors- sucks when you gotta work but this isn't college. Some people just have no respect and this building attracted a lot of immature people. Once some ladies banged on my door at 3am and ran away laughing . It wasn't funny. This building had high end features and finishes , but they either don't care, have management issues or aren't going above and beyond . Sad but my time there was still very special.. hopefully they just deal with the problems and stop making excuses it was amazing when they started

The people sitting in the garage in the mornings are often sleeping when I drive by. The garage gate has only been closed for two days total since I moved in. The garage doesn't seem safe. For the amount we're paying in rent, this is unacceptable. It genuinely feels like nobody cares. Honestly, these apartments shouldn't cost more than half of the price we pay with management like this. Would not recommend. Cons: very bad pest problem; packages - get stolen all the time (if you decide to move here, get your packages delivered to Whole Foods); gym - a rate was found in the gym, gym door was consistenly left unlock and this is the door that connects to the main street; mold in ace unit and when the non-english speaking maintenance rep came to fix, he had to use translate to converse with me; doors into the buildings are consistently unloocked allowing homeless people access (homeless guy was caught sleeping in the building, another resident had a stranger open her door); check the convenience store across the street as guys clearly sell drugs here; parking is violent here - they have a tow company that is very flagrant; bad billing - all of us experienced nearly a doubling of water bill in June, the property outsourced many services upon which they added fees to monthly bill without our consent; my roughly $2,600/month unit would total to about $3,000 each month because of their additional fees and bad billing. All of this and more happened within our first 4 months of living here and needless to say that me and my wife decided to pay our lease break fee to move out early.

The property itself is in excellent condition and we really enjoyed the 2 br room we stayed in. The hallways are long, clean, and very well kept up. They have the convenience of a trash chute on every floor and also are pet friendly. The amenities inside the apartment and community are top notch. The vinyl plank wood flooring was beautiful and matched very well with the quartz countertops throughout the apartment. Great finishing touches on all the cabinetry and plumbing as well. The shower was a on point! The pool was gorgeous and inviting. Very spacious with lots of rooms for family or just friends hanging out. They even have a really cool waterfall feature that was fun to swim under and around. If I were moving to this area, I think this apartment would be on the top of my list. Coming from Charlotte it was nice to see such a warm and inviting community. It felt like home!

Washer didn't work, no one tested it before I moved in. Hot water wasn't connected to the dishwasher, again no one checked that. Ice maker wasn't functional either and they blamed me for claiming I didn't turn it on. The cheap flooring is already coming up in the kitchen. The base board on the kitchen cabinets was never screwed in, already falling off. Everything is cheaply made and quickly put together without ever testing it out. I got into a car accident and parked my rental car on the first floor for maybe two hours. They towed it without calling anyone or checking the cameras, the lady said "I don't have time for that." I will be moving out ASAP.
