So it was neat that each vendor had its on cubicle-like space that was unique. We really enjoyed checking out each space and finding so many vintage and unique items. The prices were also reasonable and fair. We spent so much time looking through the place to make sure we didn't miss anything. This entire "mall" was very organized and clean which made it a good shopping experience. As far as service, when we visited on a Saturday afternoon, we didn't interact with any staff/vendor so I can't say anything about that. But later, I noticed a couple of discrepancies: the jacket's discount was miscalculated and the pants were mislabeled as XS when they were actually smalls. After some research, I found the items for less on Amazon, so we called Hansens. My fiancé spoke with them, and they were willing to price match. Enter Patty, the awesome manager! Patty was incredibly kind and helpful--she matched the Amazon price and gave me a partial refund right on the existing order. I didn't even have to drive back to Encinitas or hassle with a return. My friend bought an item she first incorrectly put how much you have to pay in which it was $11 and then she corrected herself and put $16 for him to pay and he made a joke saying oh can we just do the $11 and she proceeded to yell at him and threatened to kick us out of the store after he paid so that she made sure the sale went through. Then she started going pharaoh on us and he tried to return it because this is not customer service that we look for and she told him she could only do store credit and laugh in his face. We ended up leaving and we will never be returning here. I'm extremely disappointed because we are regular shoppers there and we couldn't imagine why someone would treat someone else that way.
