The 3 existing succulent arrangements, who were done at Pigment needed some refreshing and she wanted to create new succulent arrangements in the two empty pots and, . . . .WE GOT TO MEET SAXON, the most wonderful and kind and helpful plant guy at Pigment. His presence, his help, his advice, his demonstration of proper technique based on the arrangement philosophy of designing a pot landscape using the "THRILLER, FILLER, SPILLER" strategy was so insightful!! Even though Pigment was very busy, he made us feel like the most important customer in the store and we will definitely come back when he is there!! THANK YOU SAXON!!!

Came in for a warm sweatshirt and there were several good options to pick from. Found a nice aqua colored top that was soft and warm. They carry many items for different needs/tastes and times of the year. We've passed by these stores (A & B) many times in the past and finally got to shop here. It's a cute boutique beach store in the perfect spot of Del Mar. Off the L'Auberge Hotel on the way to the nice park that overlooks the Pacific. The customer service is amazing! The young lady that worked both shops was very welcoming, helpful and professional.

Some really fun books about places to travel to. I saw a nice tequila and mezcal cocktail recipes book and flipped thru that. They have very cute hair barrettes in fish shapes, cute little coin purses and all sorts of unique items for your everyday use or as gifts to others. I also spied a few Banksy books and will look into them more and purchase some of the more recent collections of Banksy's. They also have a bunch of women's toiletries items and everything smelled lovely. A lot of imported products from Europe and other places. They also have a great card section up front so get that nice special occasion card for friend or family. I am definitely coming back and will give myself more time to browse so I can buy a few items to enjoy!

This is definitely a good place geared for someone looking for a unique trinket or someone who like interior design. It is also just fun to window shop here. I was concerned about the hype and commercialism. Turns out that my concerns were valid. My advice...read the reviews before you go. My husband was interested so we bought the combined experience. The ticket price is ridiculous for essentially a one hour light show. The staff is friendly and provide instructions upon arrival. We arrived early and used the time to visit the gift shop. There were some good items, but they were mostly focused on Van Gogh. I was disappointed there was not more Monet merchandise. There is an "education area" before you go into the experience. Aside from reading the walls, there isn't much in the way of education. I thought the display was creative with the use of color and light and large sheer banners hanging from the ceiling. A few minutes before the show starts, you line up with a lot of other people. They tell you to walk around for the best experience. Unfortunately, the space is too small with people packed in so there is no way to walk around. Basically you are stuck in one place the entire time unless you want to push your way to a different spot. Floors are concrete, so standing for a while is uncomfortable. There were no seats other than a few benches scattered around. They should have been reserved as handicap. The Van Gogh experience is first and very slow to get started. There is no narration. Occasionally quotes appear in both French and English. Depending on the way you are facing, you may not see one or the other. There were some parts I really enjoyed, the flowers and starry night parts in particular. The Van Gogh part is about 30 minutes. We bought the combined tickets so we thought the Monet part would start immediately after. We were wrong! They replay the Van Gogh part and start Monet about 15 minutes in. I was extremely disappointed in the Monet experience and could have been so much better. We actually left after 10 minutes. There are so many missed opportunities for this experience. My recommendation would be to increase the size significantly so that people can walk as the show progresses. Being confined to a small space with a bunch of strangers is not fun. I think this experience would be okay for younger people or others who are not art enthusiasts. If you are really curious, go see the Van Gogh part. That's more than enough.
