Great finds here. My friend got a cashmere sweater and I picked up a Lulu lemon yoga top. They have a ton of shoes too. For sellers: your items stay in the store for up to 60 days and you get 45% of the selling price. If they don't sell, you can pick them up or opt for them to be donated. Jewelry selection is limited. I love thrift shopping but given the direction of clothing quality I no longer enjoy regular resale stores (still looking for a good one though) sifting through all the walmart and target clothing is more than I can bare. I came in here with my daughter and she found 3 pairs of jeans that she loved. She's 14 and was less than excited to resale shop so that says a lot. I found lots of items. Namely a Ralph Lauren pullover sweater that had the tags still on it labeled as $68 and a jacket from Nordstrom, also with the tags still on it that was labeled $198. I also left with a few other items, all name brand. All the items were $20 or under except the jacket from Nordstrom that was $25. On to the store. Very clean, organized, nice dressing rooms, great selection and not so big that you spend all day there. I will definitely be back! read more

DO NOT SELL OR SHOP HERE. This place is an absolute scam and the customer service here is appalling. I brought in over 15 items of clothing - most of which were brand new. Not to mention, a lot of the items were lululemon and very pricey. I dropped off my stuff and waited over a month to call to check on the status of my things. I was told by some woman over the phone, "you currently have a credit of $30 but we are still waiting on more of your items to be sold"... so fast forward to a few weeks later I get a call saying my things are ready to be picked up. I arrive, and the lady at the counter tells me that I am getting a total of $26 for my items. Excuse me?! How am I now getting less money than what I was told over the phone? And I gave you brand new LULULEMON clothing. I of course, complained and was told to call back Monday when the owner would be in. The lady there did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and was rude in the process. I kid you not, I called over TWENTY times and they did not answer, not once. They also did not call back - It was almost as if they purposely blocked my number. This place an absolute scam I would have rather donated my clothes to goodwill than support this business. read more

Very reasonably priced (like crazy good, many times) for what you're getting. The place is spotlessly clean, well organized, and very easy to look through (not jammed up like some shops). I did not have a good experience consigning here. I took in about 7 items, some designer items included. The owner was not there so the salesperson said the owner would call me the next day to let me know if she wanted to keep the items I brought in. I never heard from anyone. After about 10 days I called to see if they were keeping my items to consign or should I pick them up? The person who answered the phone said Yes they were keeping all of my items to consign. Then 3 months passed. I stopped in to see what had sold. I was told only 1 item sold. I asked about the other items and was told they DID NOT attempt to sell them but donated them!! I was flabbergasted and asked why they told me something different on the phone, and why didn't they call me if they didn't want to keep the items. I was then told that they did not call me because my contact information on their records says to not leave a message. That is ridiculous and deceitful as I have never once told them or anyone else not to leave me a message! In addition I have consigned 2 x there in the past and they called me then. They either lost or stole my designer items or they donated them without any authorization to do so. I walked out of there with a grand total of $5.00 and no apology whatsoever. I would certainly not return there to consign anything. read more

I have been shopping here for about 2 years and always found clothes of excellent quality at very reasonable prices. I have never consigned before and decided to try it. It has been a very good experience and very successful. Here is what I learned. This is not Goodwill, if you want to donate, there are worthwhile charities that will gladly take your donations. This is a consignment shop where you sell your gently used, CLEAN clothes /shoes/purses/accessories that is current season/style. If you won't buy it, don't try to consign it! This is the only shop that I know that will actually return your unsold clothes, the majority of the other consignment shops will automatically donate. Also, if you have a consignment credit with them, they will gladly issue you a check instead of making you use the credit at the store. The owner, Natalie, is honest, has a keen eye for quality and style, so she is very selective about what she will take in. This is a good thing. This means that I don't have to sort through piles of clothing to find a gem, pretty much most things on the rack are worth buying, right colors, reasonable pricing. All in all, I am extremely pleased with this little shop and have made it a part of my routine to pop in every couple of weeks to check it out. I am happy to say that after losing some weight recently ;-), it has been a very inexpensive way for me to update my wardrobe with my favorite every day brands (Talbots, BR, Tahari, etc.) without breaking the bank. I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews, this has not been my experience during the many times I have been there. Great consignment shop located in the Henry's Shopping Plaza. I have consigned here for over three years. The owner is a super sweet and stylish lady who has helped me several times to find things for myself as well as other customers. I have been surprised over and over at the money I get back from my consigned items. When my items don't sell they either call me for a pick up or offer to donate them. I like this option as there are times that I take my items back and other times where I just donate them. Their prices are so reasonable that it makes it easy for me to consign and shop there. The clothes are up to date and nice without the big tag prices. When the owner is not present I find the ladies that work there kind and helpful as well. Overall I find this little, quaint store clean, honest, and reasonably priced. Its so great to have this local family owned shop in my backyard. read more
