3 hours.... For a potentially broken toe. I walked around there wasn't many people in rooms. Every time I walked past the nurses pit everyone's on their phones and talking. Do not go to this ER if you need help immediately. Seabrook ER are you getting paid by the hour and you're just trying to milk people for money, cuz that's what it looks like. They are also extremely rude and treat you like you're Annoying them for being there. Do yourself a favor and just go to the urgent care across the street. We went to this ER for the first time. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. The staff were excellent. My nurse, Tali was compassionate and made sure my pain was addressed quickly. She checked in work me frequently and kept me informed of what was happening. The doctor, Dr Zhang was very nice and easy to speak with. She handled my issues with efficiency, kindness and very appropriate care. Both the doctor and nurse were concerned that I was comfortable. Would definitely go back if I needed an ER in the future. read more

Very Quickly they took my Daughter w/ her baby in to a room they were professional yet kind and loving The baby had previously been diagnosed w/ Hand foot & mouth and they treated him with baby Tylenol we didn't realize the baby needed more Tylenol also gave us plenty of pedialite baby bottles to take home and he received 1 stuffy and another toy we Appreciate them think our nurse was Marilyn and I can't say enough about her and Dr. took the time to explain the dosing ,They were Great Thank you to all staff read more

It was me and two other patients. I was brought in by ambulance. I had no time to grab my purse or shoes. My fiancé was at work in the same plaza but he couldn't get anyone to cover him. I asked the nurse ( who didn't even know they were discharging me) if they were busy and she said no. I asked her if I could stay in the room until my ride comes and she said no so I had to wait in the lobby looking like shit with no shoes. How embarrassing! The man at the desk at least tried to find phone charger (my phone was almost dead) no luck he gave me a remote to try to see if I could change the channel on the TV. ( no luck) I wish I got his name because he's the only person that was pleasant. The doctor didn't even examine me she just gave me Advil and that was it. The people that should have cared for me basically just wanted to get rid of me. The only people that treated me as a human in pain (I am also a fall risk) where the man at the desk and the man who took me for my X-ray. The. Nurse didn't even assist me to go to the bathroom. I will tell anyone that I come across to go to Portsmouth where you will get the care that you need. I am disgusted with the staff at Seabrook ER. just an fyi this was not my first issue with this 'ER. I pray for all read more

Went in cause I sprained my foot- the doctor walked in, did not introduce herself , lightly touched my foot and said it's just a bruise but we will do X rays and left no questions-Then while I was doing registration via mobile she walked in and said " it's not broken" and started to leave but I had questions- she was annoyed. Said my pain was coming from a big cyst I have and I told her "no that's a cyst I've had for several months and my pain is not there!" She said "well regardless you'll be fine" and left ! What kind of doctor is that??? Do NOT go there. I'm can't walk no one showed me how to use crutches as I painful hobbled out and finally some saw and just held the door! NEVER GO THERE! read more

severe cuts on both legs from a fall the ambulance took me to the Seabrook Er said it was closer than Anna Jaques in Newburyport cause I was bleeding so bad. Nurse never even cleaned the blood off my wounds before she bandaged one leg was given a shot of lidocaine B4 they asked me about my allergies and stitched me up would not bring my dog there would never go there again when I asked for a wheelchair to get to my daughters car they told me to walk even thought I was 85yrs old and had cut my legs and had stiches, feel sorry for parents that are vacationing up in that area and have to take their kids there for any reason.. terrible place. read more

Went to Seabrook Er on Tuesday night for an allergic reaction to Bee sting I was put in what looked like a storage room for 3 hours. When I asked a nurse if I was forgotten in the closet for 3 hours she said let me go check and never came back after waiting another hour with not being seen by anyone total of 4 hours !!!!!! I left and called the director with no call back. I ended up needing an Antibiotic the next day for cellulitis. read more

I walked in and within 2 minutes I was given amazing attention by both nurse Lauren and Dr. Vestling. I had an X-ray for a sprained ankle and was provided with a boot. the entire process was roughly 40 minutes. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care and the process. read more

Most recent visit was two weeks ago at midnight due to a migraine headache. Was in the room and a couple minutes later had spoken with the doctor of my symptoms. Within a few minutes of arrival, had an IV in me already to take the pain away. I woke a couple hours later and was feeling better. This ER is much faster than heading to Anna Jacques, which is the nearest hospital. In and out is how it's been and very satisfied with the service. read more

I went here in August for 5 stitches on my knee and the doctor did an absolutely terrible job and he was not friendly. I have a massive bumpy scar and everyone said that he did them incorrectly. Also the bill they hit you with months later is astronomical. Do not go here unless there is no other option. read more

Just had a family member get treated here. This is a new facility. They have a drive up drop off for patients and a separate drive up for ambulance. The are fully staffed and ready for everything. Thanks for the prompt and expert care. I don't want to go back soon . But if myself or any family or friends need to go I would recommend with out hesitation. Thanks for all you do! read more

so went to the Seabrook ER today. upon arrival I was one of two people there. when checking in the gentle behind the desk aske what brings me in today. good question but he's a security guard. what right. does he have asking me personal questions upon arrival. There are HIPPA Laws and he has NO right asking me any questions. I'm sure he was just doing what he was ask to do but I turned around and left. Drive by this place as fast as you can. I would say the positive comments were before the bill arrived. May be out of your network! Got a bill for just over $1100 and no mention of them billing Medicare or my supplemental insurance. Even with my co pay my out of pocket will be more than any walk in clinic. Beware! read more

I would recommend you find another facility and stay far away from here. Be very wary of this facility as they do not tell you upfront about their outrageous cost structure and the bill you will receive. I went there to have a small fish hook removed from my finger. Was in the facility less than 30 minutes. Paid fee onsite of $250 after lidocaine was used to numb the finger and the hook removed. They gave me a prescription of Doxycycline for infection that was not needed. A month after the visit I received an invoice for another $1,900 for a Level 3 emergency room visit. At the time the $250 was paid, there was no mention or discussion of additional costs incurred. When I called to find what this additional cost was for, they said because a prescription was needed, that triggered the Level 3 emergency room charge. They will overbill you - stay away! read more

WOW WOW WOW!!!! Amazingly great place. Had to make a pit stop because my husband was having chest pain. Super quick process, famously sweet nursing staff and doctor put us right at ease. Blood work, EKG and on our way back on the road. If we lived closer, this would be my go to ER. read more

The staff in this facility are nothing short of amazing!! Staff was very attentive and swift action, in my case w 2 eye injuries after slamming a door off my face I was freaking out bc I cldnt see,the nurses, intake staff and doctors from the second I entered the bldg till the moment I left I was treated w humanity and kindness which u don't see in local e.r.'s thank you all u really are amazing!! read more

TERRIBLE!!! If I could give a negative rating I would. I brought my husband in and the admitting nurse was extremely rude, she actually laughed at me when I voiced concerns about having to leave my husband due to their covid protocols. After he was seen, we were told around 3:30 pm he needed to be transferred to Portsmouth for testing that night and that the transfer would take place in a couple of hours. It was after midnight when he was finally transferred. I would honestly recommend just driving yourself to an actual ER and not to bother with this joke of a satellite ER. read more

The nurse was very nice, the doctor was not. The doctor thought I was lying about my pain, precious medical history, and condition and simply told me to go to the dentist, even though it was 1 o'clock in the morning. The doctor told me I had no infection. I went to the dentist less than 12 hours later and they give me antibiotics for an infection. It was unprofessional and ridiculous. Think carefully before you go to this place. I took my son to the ER for a chest pain, and he was there less than a couple of hours. He had a chest x-ray, and it turned out he was fine, but we received a bill of around $2,500. After this horrible experience, I would recommend going anywhere else but here! read more

I will NEVER go to this Emergency Room again!! Brought my son to this ER because he broke his toe. There was no question that his toe was broken just by the looks of it but doctor we spoke to suggested doing an X-ray. I asked her if getting the X-ray would change whatever the treatment would be for his toe. She answered that no matter what, only treatment would be to tape his broken toe to the toe beside it. I refused him having the X-ray.. The doctor taped his toe & gave him 2 Motrin & we left. We were in & out of there in 30 minutes. A few weeks later I received the bill & I couldn't believe my eyes. I was charged $1360 for the ER visit, $11 for the 2 Motrin's.. Then another bill for $1100 for the doctor that taped his toe. I was completely shocked. There is no possible way that anyone can justify charging a patient that much money for taping a toe. I knew that there was something strange about the fact that the person I dealt with during the virtual registration process made a comment about how great my insurance coverage is. However, I have high deductible insurance so I actually have to pay this out of pocket. It is so very wrong that they are allowed to get away with over charging patients & insurance companies like this. I will never use this ER again no matter how bad the emergency is.
