    I am writing this review after paying off my loan in full because I would never want anyone else to…read morego through what I experienced with OneMain Financial. In August 2025, I filed a formal complaint regarding misinformation and poor treatment I received after a deferment request. I was clearly told that my July payment would simply move to the end of the loan term, but later found out I was marked as "late." This not only damaged my good standing (despite never having missed a payment in two years), but it also caused my consolidation loan application to be denied -- even though OneMain themselves had emailed me saying I was eligible. When I raised these issues, I was spoken to with sarcasm and disrespect. One representative (who sits at the front right desk) laughed and asked, "Why should we help you again with another loan when you just said you couldn't make a payment?" He even made the offensive comment that deferments shouldn't be offered to me if I would "get triggered again." That is not only unprofessional, it's deeply inappropriate. To make matters worse, I was later told the branch had mistakenly canceled too many payments for July and August, leaving me behind by $532 and extending my loan term by months. Instead of fixing the mistake, they just deferred it to the end of the loan. After submitting this complaint, I then faced retaliation from the branch manager, Gustavo, who told me my account was "flagged because of the complaint" -- and that was supposedly why nobody answered my calls for over a week. I had to reach corporate just to get transferred back to the same unhelpful branch. That's not customer service; that's punishment for speaking up. Most recently, when I asked Gustavo for a simple payoff amount, he gave me contradictory answers and then dismissed me with "It's very simple." When I asked for documentation in writing, he claimed they "can't email customers" -- even though I had already emailed him directly. It felt like a deliberate attempt to keep everything off the record. Between the high interest rates, misinformation, retaliation, dismissive tone, and refusal to provide written documentation, I am beyond relieved to be done with OneMain. I will never return, and I strongly urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere. Transparency and respect matter -- and unfortunately, I received neither from this branch!!

    In my opinion properties managed by March Development are expensive and managed by amateurs . NNN…read moreexpenses increased almost every year. One of the main employees (I believe is the owner) Beth Wright is not very professional. In fact, when renewing our lease she got emotional and acted in an immature manner. The most frustrating part of working with March Development is that the broker they use, Chris Wright (Cornish & Carey Commercial), is her husband. Talk about conflict of interest. Anytime we have had issues with homeless; other tenant disturbances; building safety and maintenance, each of these issues was handled in a timely, efficient manner with very satisfactory results. We worked with both Rhonda and Beth during our lease renewal, and they were open to negotiations over rent and improvements, and even offered a few items we hadn't thought of. Someone mentioned that their NNN expenses keep rising every year. I can tell you, as an accountant, that business expenses in general increase every year. Any tenant who thinks they will pay the same NNN year after year is fooling themselves. Even the most basic of costs such as electricity, water, and common area maintenance continue to rise, and this has nothing to do with the property managers. I can tell you confidently, that we receive a very detailed outline of the expenses that go into our NNN, as well as a year end reconciliation. Rhonda and her team are great to work with, easy to talk to, and take each of our inquiries/complaints seriously and handled with the best of care. I wish my personal property manager was as easy to work with!
