Dr. Lisa Adams Mount, is one of the best Doctor's in the area. We have been going to her for 15…read moreyears and could not recommend her caring treatment more highly.

Called several days ago and spoke to the Triage nurse advising her of my symptoms. Was advised…read more there was nothing else I could do for symptoms then I was already doing. She also advised she had "it" for 4 weeks. (Do I care?) Also advised. couldn't help me until I had a fever of 101! Called back again yesterday because the symptoms had become increasingly worse and now my eyes were swollen almost shut. No sleep for days since my sinus' wouldn't allow me to lay down and sleep. Throat was still sore. Triage nurse informed me she would speak to Dr. Overton and call me back. By 3pm the following day I still hadn't heard from her. When I called the office she informed she called my house at 9:05am and there was no answer. Believe me I was home and very sick. She said she didn't leave a message on the machine. Obviously if she did call at all, she called the wrong number. Both my husband and myself were home. (I was too sick to be going anywhere) I don't consider myself a "Whimp". I've worked "mens" jobs right along side lineman at a Gas and Electric Corporation before retirement. I never expected help and would not accept assistance. I know when I'm sick and I feel I've been blown off. What she told me at this point was "the doctor said you can come in but he doesn't know what he can do for you". Well, that certainly did stir up my confidence. Wouldn't that depend on how my throat looked? Is a sore throat for 7 days "normal"? Time for a more professional Health Center.

Saved my life! I went there after spending the night in a hospital that could find nothing wrong…read morewith me. Dr Walker listened carefully to my concerns. Within ten minutes he got on the phone and had scheduled me for an emergency appointment with a top cardiologist in 30 min.. Two days later I was in surgery for a 90% blockage of my right ventricular artery. I trust him and his staff to do the right thing and go there first for my health concerns.

the first time I went there for an non wellness appointment there were no parking spaces. I called…read morefrom the parking lot to inquire if they had additional parking. the very rude and unhappy person that answered the phone said, " what do you want me to do about it"? The waiting room was standing room only. Note to self NOT a good sign. Over booking....? I had a follow up appt with "Brittany" I was told Brittany was finishing up with a patient. After 15 minutes I inquired again and I was told she just went into a room (Patient). Which is it? just finishing up or just starting? I left afer 35 minutes. No receptionist present. the office clerk, who claimed she was the managing partner of the business ( not of her office) left me an offensive and incorrect message about missing several appointments. WHAT? Brittany seemed like a respectful and kind person. The treament I wecieved was new to me. She recommended I return in 2 weeks to evaluate the treatment. Brittany I hope you find a new place to practice. The people you work with are not nearly the professional that you are.
