However, the overall match experience is significantly impacted by inconsistent officiating. Too often, critical decisions vary between referees, with one official making a call that another immediately contradicts. This lack of consistency is both unfair and unacceptable, placing teams at a clear disadvantage. Additionally, issues such as time-wasting are frequently ignored, with little to no intervention from match officials. At times, it appears that officiating lacks attentiveness and urgency, which undermines the integrity of the game. While strong facilities are appreciated, fair and consistent refereeing is essential to ensuring a competitive and respectful environment for all teams. Here's a Clip and Proof of a determined final by no call at 20 seconds left of the game: https://youtube.com/shorts/pN2cGXpI9YQ?si=S48fwdm4g_bUvmTA

In one game, a parent had to run the makeshift scoreboard. The last two weeks, the referees provided have literally allowed kids to tackle in flag football, seriously injuring a child. When complaints were made during the first three weeks, the manager, Matt, was not at the location. On the fourth week, numerous parents complained about the poor refereeing and safety concerns, and were met with, 'people see things differently.' Since Jimmy left, this session has been horrible. Sadly, for session 2, we will have to take trips to Milford if this continues

Can't give zero stars so one it is, I guess. Fair game, sportsmanship, integrity and honor are what…read moreyou would think adults running a children's flag football team would be instilling in our kids. Future Gen Sports held a pre season gathering / practice, to gauge where each child stood in terms of skill and experience. The goal was so that after observation, the kids would be placed on teams in an appropriate mixed level skill set, so to not have high skill level players all on one team and all beginner level players on another team, for example. Surprise! The practice was rigged. Seasoned coaches had authority to choose their players and miraculously, all of the new-to-flag-football applicants ended up on the same team. Another surprise - Future Gen Sports could not provide a coach for this newbie team. Or enough jerseys. "Staffing issues" Emailed parents to say there's no coach for our team so it would have to be up to us to figure it out. This was after taking our money, of course. Peculiar that every other handpicked and organized team in this division had a seasoned coach and had the kids running plays in the very first game of the season as if it was their 2nd or 3rd year in the sport. We parents pushed back - as individuals and as a whole group, we complained about the unfairness of the team organization, lack of resources, unbalanced skill dispersion. Future Gen Sports offered a partial refund in agreement that we waive a red flag to quit and pull our kids out of every future game. Imagine that? Unless you love nepotism, unfair game, breaking kids' self confidence, encouraging them to quit when times get tough, etc, don't bother with this sham of an organization. I'm truly embarrassed for this company.

I signed my son up for flag football in Haverhill. The league promised a fun filled season of learning the game, competitive rosters and an overall great experience. It has been anything but. My son was put on the cowboys team and at this point has played all the 3 other teams in the league which have all been considerably more skilled and coached. My son's team the cowboys had never even been given a coach, instead an email sent out saying there was no coach. In 3 games the cowboys have been hit by the slaughter rule and failed to score before being blown out by the other team. Myself and the other parents have all been reaching out to the three men who run this league, Aaron, Jacob and Jeff and we have gotten no response which shows just how much these guys care. We have a player who was never given a jersey and a bunch of parents, myself included who have been left to coach this team with no experience or knowledge of the game. What was supposed to be a fun, team building, learning experience for our kids has turned into quite the opposite. I would never recommend to anyone exposing their children to this type of garbage.

Despite registering on time and paying the full amount (referral coupon s3friends did not work), I was not added to the mailing list and not assigned any team, and had no direction on where/how to proceed. I tried calling the numbers listed on the Facebook/Instagram pages for further information, but the calls never went through. I then reached out via email following the first week of play, but received no response. Finally, I reached out to the phone number (listed as s3 leagues corp.) on my payment receipt only to get an irritated response from the organizer asking me not to contact her on her personal cell phone. Repeated follow ups produced delayed and shallow email responses. After this entire ordeal, I was not added to the mailing list and was not notified of the cancellation during the rain out last week. I finally got fed up of such inconsideration and asked for a refund, to which I received no response. Last I checked, I have been blocked from the Instagram page for following up on the matter. This has been a terrible experience for me because at one point, I was eager to join this league and meet new people and make friends in the same manner that I did in the social meetup prior. The organizer of this group, Jessica, has proven to be incompetent, inconsiderate and disrespectful, and I would certainly not have even thought about joining this group had I known that she was the one behind the scenes.

I've been having so much fun. Going out after each game with my teammates is great. I've also gotten to know players of other team. I'm looking forward to other events that S3 is offering and next season. I know once softball comes back around I will be signing up for that, too. I also want to mention that communication with Jess has been amazing. She is very responsive to questions and concerns. Even in the beginning she made sure we all knew what was going on before games started for the season.
