My friend even worked for the leasing company that the Dentist leased her rental house from. Before moving into her permanent home. It's ridiculous that in a small town where everyone knows the front of staff would be so rude. There are circumstances like today where I could not check my daughter in verbally myself, but my daughter was in the office within the timeframe. I have had many cleanings and at times had my teeth cleaned up to 4 times a year. Recently I had what I would call a dental emergency and was not willing to wait over a week to get an appointment. Finding Dr. Broutin was a good thing. He had me in his chair within 24 hours and considering the pain I was in was required. I'm sure there are many great dentists out there but there were several things about him that stood out from the other dentists I have associated with through the years. 1st. He got me in quickly and the appointment time was right . I was in the chair at the appointed time. 2nd He had and used digital x-rays that showed the (my) problem on a 15 inch LCD TV screen. I became informed as to what the problem was. I could see it. A picture is worth a thousand words. 3rd He took the time to talk about the problem and the options available. Close -up digital pictures were taken and I could see for myself that what was explained was in fact accurate. 4th. He tries to save teeth. Which he did. He takes personal pride in doing so. He gave me a time line as to what I could expect with another looming tooth issue. Which I was completely unaware of even after having a cleaning and a complete set of x-rays taken 40 days earlier at another dental office. 5th The work was excellent. I was back to chewing steak on both sides of my mouth within days. I needed no readjustment as has been common in my past. In closing... If I had stayed under the care of the dentist I had been going to I would have lost ( in my opinion) 2 important jaw teeth. I am grateful to Dr. Broutin and his staff for saving those 2 teeth . The Dr. has my trust and respect. AND I have not received any discount or special rate for writing this review nor do I expect or desire any.

He explains exactly what he recommends be done and explains all your options fully. I love the ability to see after he is done working on my teeth, actual shots on the tv screen of each step of the process. A picture is worth a thousand words when it comes to seeing the actual condition of your dental work. I came to Dr. Broutin after I was unsatisfied with my last dentist of 2 years who I felt was unresponsive to my concerns about the fit of a crown for over a year and other nagging problems. Dr. B. was able to determine the reason for the problems and fix them after my first visit. His office staff is wonderful and friendly and have always been able to get me in quickly whenever it was necessary. Although I have only seen Dr. B for regular dental work, I would not hestitate to have cosmetic dentistry done in the future. Dr. Broutin is a true professional and perfectionist who obviously loves what he does.

When we went in for our consultation one week before the scheduled procedure the price was over $6000 for the same procedure. It was explained to me that, even though insurance was not paying any of it, they would charge me the lower price, but since I had let the insurance lapse, because it was useless, they were not required to give me a discount and the price inflated to $6000. What is clear is the procedure can be done for $2500 and they were clearly just gouging me for the $3500. I have been a long time patient of this clinic but it's clear they have no ethics, no respect for patient loyalty and use a business model that gouges clients when they can. I would not recommend them to anyone. They should have honored the price they previously quoted and not tried to gouge an additional $3500 at the last minute. Very disappointed in this business. Made it half way there and had to go back home. Whatever, came in the following week. Had a great time so I brushed off that experience. Scheduled for a teeth cleaning for March. 4 MONTHS in advance for a cleaning. I get a text 3 days before my appointment to say my appointment has been canceled because their hygienist left. I asked if no one else could do a simple cleaning and was told maybe someone else could. I didn't even want to hear about scheduling another appointment, to wait for god knows how long and probably be canceled on AGAIN.
