I have a history of cancer and I had a tumor removed from my spine on 5/16/26 which infiltrated my bones. Very painful. I've been laying on my back over 30 hours in this place in agony begging for help with minimal assistance. I even called the main number for help and there no one to help. So many patients calling out for help. The aide decided to close my door while I call out for help...wtf!!!! Unacceptable. I will get her name.

The receptionist seemed nice, bit unprofessional to have blanket covering you at work but... she let me in no problem and was nice. But here's where it gets bad, Came now in the beginning March and EVERYTHING CHANGED FOR THE WORSE!!!!!! The walls are poorly painted white, paint on the carpets, no decorations for Easter, 4 staff members in the whole building, and ONE NURSE to care for over 50+ rooms ? With 2 patients in each room? Tried to get my father's meds, called the phone 3 times, gave up and went to look for assistance. I finally found the nurse in the opposite side of the nursing home-- she told me "she's the only nurse in and my father will have to wait for over an hour." She gave me what she could of his over the counter medication and sent me on my way. Also unfortunately this nursing home doesn't close/ crack the patient's-- an elderly lady was indecent in the room diagonal to my father- so when I opened his door to leave I saw this woman breast exposed- the nurse who was assisting her left it completely WIDE open and walked out the door-- I closed it for her privacy. I'm completely in shock and horror. Imagine you or your family member..... This nursing home use to have a lot of love in the building I'm very disappointed and ashamed of what this facility came to.

I came in completely broken, addicted and unsure if I even wanted to get clean. From day one, the staff made me feel like a human again. They didn't judge me or push anything--just met me where I was at. The therapists were amazing, and the groups actually helped. It wasn't just about quitting drugs--it was about figuring out why I used in the first place. I went through detox, PHP, and IOP, and I'm still connected to their alumni group now. Being close to the beach was a huge bonus too--it helped clear my head during some really hard days. If you're looking for drug rehab in Boynton Beach, or anywhere in South Florida, give Bright Futures a shot. I've been clean for almost a year now, and I truly don't think I'd be here without them. This place isn't perfect, but it's real--and that's what I needed.

Third of all, you need to respect all the patients you need to look at your aids that come into the room of your patients that are already angry because of what they have to do for the day! 4 you need to get the morale of the aids and head nurses in line so that they give good care that they want the patients to get better that they don't want the patience to lay there all day with no TV or no one to talk to or nothing to do except a quiet deafening sound if the TV goes off! The head of your staff, needs to take care of the caregiver when she or he ask a question rather than 00 no you're not on the list of people that I can talk to! I fully understand that, but I was on the list and you did not talk to me! Shame on you as a shame on your staff, shame on the head workers, shame on the people that deliver the food and take the food away when the plate is has not been eaten! You really don't care about your patience. It comes down to the damned dollar. You accept people, that you are not capable of helping! My boyfriend had oxygen, his oxygen was underneath his bed, I immediately went to the desk and asked them for a new nose and neck hose, because someone threw the other one that should have been on my boyfriend underneath his bed! My boyfriend was not capable of doing that himself! I am so angry with the Care that he got and the lack of care that he got, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

What a life-changing experience - so grateful…read more I was in a dark place when I agreed to get help and found All In Solutions. I really really didn't want to go at the time, but now I'm so glad that I did. As soon as I got there, I could tell that I was in the right place. I was still sick, mentally and physically, but I could at least tell that the people there cared/wanted the best for me. Pastor Dan's faith based program was exactly what I needed, which I didn't expect. I've never really been a religious or even spiritual person, but that man has an energy about him that is magnetic. He helped me find a sense of hope and meaning that I lost along the way. My whole family loved Dr. Alex's family program. She goes way above and beyond to make sure that everyone involved feels supported and like everyone is on the same page. I think getting to be involved in the process really helped ease their concerns. Just in general everybody there was very kind and welcoming, but was also straight-forward and honest. They don't sugarcoat anything for you, they tell it like it is. Some people may not like that, but I appreciated it. You get plenty of one-on-one time with your therapist. The groups were actually helpful too because everybody who is there actually wants to be there. Overall ,I'd highly recommend All In Solutions to anybody looking for addiction treatment. This is the longest I've ever stayed sober and it's because of All In Solutions.

When I arrived (after detox) I was nervous and very guarded, my stomach was in knots. I was welcomed in with open arms and that feeling of unease ended extremely quickly, I almost immediately felt like I belong, like family...which is something I never really had. My stay at beachcomber had such a profound effect on me as a person, that my life right now at only 61 days...has already become a far better life than I had thought possible. When I initially began this process (and even halfway through lol) I was extremely bullheaded, skeptical and so untrusting that I doubted everything they said however, not one single time did I feel judged in any way! The therapist and staff were really patient with me and understanding, they gave me time to figure it out myself and I and so thankful they did. What I didn't realize was that I was fighting myself, not them lol It wasn't until I stopped fighting and convinced myself that maybe they are right, maybe I can't do this on my own, that my entire experience turned around. I will never forget my first experience with Saundra, I remember walking away upset lol! Saundra will establish dominance and so she should! Saundra became my therapist for a short time during Thanksgiving. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect with her but within moments, I felt better. My sessions with her were the most uplifting and empowering sessions I've ever had. She feels like a caring mom, she won't let you dwell and you can tell that she really does care. Saundra gave my the approval and motivation that I needed to come home and turn my life around. Most people who struggle with addiction need that level of humbling, structure, that mother-like love and discipline. I now understand why she is the way she is and I am so thankful! Most addicts like myself are used to people enabling us and getting mad when they don't. We tend to be prideful, as if we know it all lol they will bump heads with your pride...they need to do that. They're fighting the thing that is trying to kill you so needless to say you will not find an enabler at this place!!! What you'll find is the care of a former addict, the therapist here have all been in recovery for a long time. This gives them the ability to actually understand and know what it's like from experience not textbook. Personally, I say...you can't help anyone through something unless you've walked in your shoes and they have all been there and done that!! Rapid trama therapy with Val was life changing, she makes you feel completely at ease and by the time the season was complete, I felt a new type of energy a "can do" energy. This place is run just like a big loving happy family, everyone contributes and works together, it was a wonderful experience. I would highly suggest them to anyone who had enough and wants to live a better life all you need is an open mind and desire for change. They'll walk you through the rest! Good luck

Glaucoma, IVDD, kidney disease then eventually a mass in his lungs. I adopted him at age 8 and with no previous medical history known it was hard to tell why this happened to him but Dr. Natalie supported me throughout all of his treatment. We even had to rush to the emergency vet one night and she was on the phone with the doctors advocating for Milo throughout the night and into the next day and a half while we stayed. Because at the time she did not have a physical clinic to do diagnostics, we worked alongside a conventional vet for those and any medications recommended Dr. Natalie would personally look into them for him and let me know what was the best fit. I don't know what I would've done without her in the last year of Milo's life. I wish I found her sooner so he could've stayed with us longer! He was my baby boy and she really saw and supported our connection. Integrative care is expensive anywhere you go. It involves expensive machinery and equipment and her prices are within the normal range from what I've seen around the area. We had been to 3 other locations for his acupuncture and holistic care but because of his blindness we could no longer go physically in person because of his anxiety that came with it. Love that she travels to you and she goes very far! She was always beyond patient with Milo when he would bark at her and resist the acupuncture . She never pushed anything and was the most thorough vet we've ever seen. No one ever even did a physical exam the way she does!

When my Rex was in danger…read moreof losing his leg because he wasn't improving from a fall, I asked to have a call with Dr Yoguel and she told me that she would have to charge me for the call. I've never had that happen before with a vet! Particularly after spending at least $2000 with her in Services already. Then when I asked for recommendations in writing instead, it took over a week and it was much later explained to me that she was sick and/or her aunt had cancer...While I'm compassionate, I don't think that if you are a business owner, these things should prevent you from doing any business, OR you should call your customer to help them and/or explain. Dr. Yoguel then LATER called me to yell at me for sending her two texts that were panicked, begging her to send me her recommendations about Rex. As I'm sure most dog owners can understand, watching their animal suffer. In that conversation, she told me that if I couldn't afford to keep up with regular physical therapy for Rex, then I should amputate his leg. She also referred to the high value of my house when I explained that I was having trouble paying $300 every time she set foot in my house due to a bad job situation we are dealing with. And It was recommended I do more. It was all incredibly upsetting, I was left shaking and crying and had to hang up. In desperation I took Rex to Parkland Veterinary hospital who really only cared about the health of my dog and not their bottom line. They let me use their electromagnetic mat FOR FREE for 3 weeks. Then they taught me a few basic exercises and told me where to buy the mat. Since this, Rex is down from 4 pain meds to one and is completely using his leg. If it wasn't for Parkland Vet my baby would not have a leg! Dr Yoguel does not know how to manage her business, does not understand customer service, cares more about money, and is frankly too immature to be a business owner of this type.
