The sign on the outside made me feel I was back in the pandemic period, but it is understandable as the place (for customer's) is small, so if you are going in, you must make sure that the people in the store are already paying, or you must stand outside. On a few occasions we have had to wait while others were getting their goods, and we have bought their nicely cut (skin off) pork belly, and thinly cut slices of beef for hot pot. The plaza usually has parking as they have a few spots marked for this store. The prices are reasonable, and the meat quality is great, so now this has become my go-to place for meats when I need that right cut.

I reserved 2 lbs to check out the quality. The suet was clean and cut into small pieces similar to Atora Suet which you can buy in Britain. Perfect for stew dumplings, mincemeat pie, Christmas pudding and savory and non-savory pastries, as is, with little prep. I am rendering it down to make tallow and so far it is melting like a dream. Fair price and great product. I should mention that the store was crazy busy when I arrived, but the staff were handling customers and their various products with precision and care.
