Finally tried haggis bon bons for the first time and ordered 3 types of local cheeses. The haggis was much more tasty than were originally led to believe. Although it's a mix of heart, liver and lung minced up - it was served deep fried in a bon bon (haggis ball) with a whisky sauce and a wee bit of lettuce.
