The staff in the surgery prep have been wonderful. Thank you Angela, Laura & Linda. Even the anesthesiologist Dr. Palladinetti was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. My aunt felt confident about going under. Everyone has been professional, friendly and very helpful. The last time I was there my aunt ended up staying overnight on the 5th floor robotics/surgery for a couple nights after her hip surgery. All the nursing/cna staff were fantastic. Thank you Janet, Ashley, & Darlene. Shout out to PA Carter Kenton who was fantastic. They all seemed to work together for my aunts benefit. It was amazing to see. They made sure my Aunt left there in good shape for recovery. I can't say enough good things about all the staff. Even the folks in the Cafe were great. I've never used the emergency room. So I can't really say too much about that.

During my 2 hour wait to be seen (yes, I even had an appointment), the useless woman was on her cell phone the entire time, and if something took her attention from it, she became rude and frustrated. I'll never use this service again. Both staff and doctors are completely incompetent to treat anyone at this location. This is an honest review, but Nanticoke won't do anything about it. They are notorious for not correcting things like this.

Now 2 months later and 3 phone calls to billing (working through the prompts and getting disconnected) I'm still trying to get my refund. They have now promised me a refund in 7-10 days and I can call back again if I don't receive it. My next call is to my cc co to dispute the charge.

Waiting area was comfortable & clean. The treatment rooms were nice size and appeared orderly & clean. The technician that worked with us before the doctor came in was efficient and very personable. She helped alleviate some of the nerves. The doctor came in pretty quickly, examined my husband & confirmed he needed stitches. We were pleased with services and glad we avoided a hospital visit. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars because of the lack of discharge summary & instructions, nor an itemized bill. I asked for instructions because you can't remember everything they tell you. The "excuse" for not giving out paperwork was simply, "we haven't done that since COVID". THAT makes NO sense!!

Not sure if I did something wrong or if I'm under only unlucky here, but the sign outside says open…read more7 days a week. 1-2pm is lunch daily, but anytime I've tried coming here on Saturday it's never been open. Recently got a TB test for employment on 2:30pm Thursday. Was told to come back within 48 hours which would be Saturday. Even confirmed this with the nurse. I show up Saturday at 3pm and sure enough the doors are locked. Beyond this it's been impossible to get a receipt for billing purposes. Extremely frustrating every visit I've had with this place.
