First off, I will express that I UNDERSTAND COVID precautions as I am a health care worker myself. I understand having precautions in place to protect your staff and their families. But your policies are ABSURD. And your facility turned away care for a TWO YEAR OLD CHILD. Due to a stuffy nose. No fever, no cough currently present. I just needed her ears checked out for infection or fluid. How do you treat your patients? You are an urgent care that literally states on your website you treat for exactly these symptoms. Ambient Care can meet medical needs for problems such as: Sprains Minor Fractures Boils Stitches Rashes Minor Burns Cough/Cold Urinary Tract Infections Sore Throat Ear Pain Asthma/ Bronchitis Sinus Infection Eye infection or Injuries Back Injuries Sport or Employee Physicals Others When I bring a two year old children into your facility for a possible ear, I expect empathy and care. I was handed a piece of paper and if my child had these symptoms, I would be turned away. I could go get her rapid tested for COVID and then she could be treated. Rapids are insanely false, your facility should know that. And then I was told that in the past when patients have denied symptoms they truly have, the police have been called on them. THE POLICE. This is what your triage staff stated to me. So yes, I was uncomfortable answering these questions as my child was not currently sneezing, but she indeed did have a runny nose. So on July 30th I walked into this facility at 730pm. They are open until 8. I hurt my arm at work i just wanted to get it checked out. The lady at the desk turned me away because they didn't have time to see me because my injury was workmen's comp. She stated that they see the last patient at 745 I was there before that and still refused to see me. read more

Went in for husbands feet swelling and painful to walk. Did all the registration process then proceeded to tell him he couldn't be seen because there was no xray tech there. We should have turned and walked away when we got there. Their grass putative hasn't been maintained and was at least over 24 inches tall read more

First off the office was filthy. It didn't look like someone had cleaned the place in a very long time! You could even see the trash and dirt. Then there is the doctor, who was very rude and acted like I was intruding on her time. Without even touching me or anything told me I had arthritis. How would she know? Then ordered an X-ray only to tell me my neck was making a noise because I was having muscle spasms. Then wrote a prescription for a muscle relaxer when I'm on stronger muscle relaxers. When questioned she didn't even know I was on painkillers already. This by far is one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I still don't know what is going on! I have been to your clinic many many times. My insurance has not changed. I've seen you through virtual visits on weekends when insurance company is closed it was never a problem. Tonight after a long long day I come to a place I trusted only to be Disappointed because you cannot call my ins company. I have ALWAYS paid my bills so to tell me I have to pay full fee is outrageous and uncalled for. I have always held the Henry's in high regard but after tonight my opinion has changed. Just as i shared my what was always a positive experience I will share my disappointing experience tonight. I am utterly disappointed. This place is a NIGHTMARE ! I went there for a UTI, they prescribed the wrong antibiotic, after taking half of it they called me in another antibiotic, then having bronchitits they prescribed another antibiotic that did not clear it all up so they prescribed another antibiotic, my primary care doctor was so mad !! I went to them via the weekend when my primary's office was closed. Them putting me on antibiotic on top of antibiotic on top of antibiotic has given me C-DIFF !!!! I had gotten this before from a antibiotic which took me 6 months to get rid of !! This really took me down, you would think a medical place would have known this would open the door for me to contact this again !! I would not recommend this place to anyone, they should not be able to see patients or even animals as far as that goes, BEWARE , if you go there !! read more

Went there today for an infection to my kidneys and I was treated like I was there for a covid test but I don't have covid I am a cancer servivor they're only concern was the covid test from the parking lot! I am still in a lot of pain and I left very upset and I suggest that if you need care don't go there only if you want to be tested for the covid.dont bother with this one go spend the day at the hospital waiting for someone to get to you at least the hospital staff will be professional and take care of the problem you are there for read more

Triage e we oils even turn camera on so I talked to a black screen. I waited for doctor to come on for 25 minutes snd got a message my visit was complete. I had to call back and wait again. She came on...never introduced herself. Basically told me there was nothing she could do. Did say she would call in medical... never did. Visit with provider was about 3 minutes. This place is the most unprofessional people ever. I was in a accident at my work, the insurance company made me a appointment online gave me a confirmation number. I walked in gave the woman there this confirmation number to which she replied to me " This number means nothing to me, the other nurse rolled her eyes at me. Made me have to call my work again to see what's wrong. But apparently they did not check their emails, it was there!!!! Then sent me in a doctor to do my drug test who looked young enough to still need a note from his mom for missing school. Barely examined me. But proceeded to tell me my test came back positive for recreational drugs but would not tell for what. I had already told them I've been taking OTC sleeping pills which carry the same ingredient that i supposedly tested positive for. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE for any reason. If you have over 2 hours and 30 minutes just to be seen by a doctor from a TV screen, not even in person, then by all means go ahead and come here. Personally I think you are better off driving somewhere else to be seen. read more

can I give less than one star? This place is an absolute JOKE. tried to take my three year old for an ear infection and he had to get a Covid test because he's coughing and congested. But when the "trained medical professionals" hand the swab to me for me to do it, that's where I draw a line. And then the woman behind the window wanted to yell at me across the parking lot.
