All went well and she reminded us to check into the cruise and so on. But in this case, we needed a lot more help than expected once we arrived. Our Boston to Amsterdam airplane managed to lose my wife's travel bag. Somehow it did not even get on the plane the next day. Jennifer guided us on what to do and also spoke directly to the airline on our behalf. The bag arrived after we left port on a cruise but it caught up to us on the first stop. We can't say enough about the great service DK has provided--They're easy to schedule, have great rates, picked us up at our house on schedule and have been there, ready and waiting, each time we returned, despite delays and changes to our arrival times. Communication before our trip and at pickup time was superb--we easily found our ride at the airport and train station once we had our luggage. Two different vehicles were used by DK for our trips, and both vehicles were absolutely IMMACULATE and had bottled available for my wife and I. My wife and I are at the point now where we just email David at DK Airport Service whenever we need transportation to/from Boston--we won't take our chances with other limo services.

Liked the way he explained his method of operation and the text updates we could expect to receive leading up to the time of arrival for pickup. The day of our trip he sent Fernanda (one of his employees). She is a lovely person and so pleasant to talk with during our ride. She possessed great knowledge of Logan airport including the recently updated procedures for drop off and pick up getting us exactly where we had to be in the airline matrix. On her trip back she kept in contact that day by text and was there waiting for us. With a big smile and welcome back she took our bags, placed them in the trunk of the car and whisked us home in no time as we sang some of her favorite (and ours) songs along the way.
