What a weird response. If a single Yelp review that you responded to 5 months after it was posted caused turmoil in a marriage, that relationship was already doomed. Nice try deflecting from the original message which I firmly stand by. Your company does bad work, we had a bad experience and why would I allow you to rectify it when it's going to fail again? We actually hired another company who told us the grout was irreparable which is fine, at least they were honest and didn't steal $500 from us. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY: "SEAL TEAM". JIM GIANGROSSO THE OWNER CHARGED US OVER $3,000.00 and then ruined our tile. Our home is only 6 years old and our tile was beautiful.. We only wanted him to clean the tile a bit and re color our grout to better match our decor/ furniture. He and his wife painted the grout and then almost immediately (before the paint was dry), used a buffer which spread the wet paint all over and into the tile.. Our tile has a rough surface and so the paint went into the grooves or pits... We have called, text and emailed him several times to no avail.... That is until yesterday - when he emailed me "NOT TO HELP" but to call me a liar and other not so nice adjectives. I am a 78-year-old women and have no reason to lie about this and wish it never had happened... I want to assure no one else gets harmed financially or mentally as I have been through so much just pleading for his help. He refuses to offer any help and only to curse at a 78 year old lady.. Not only does he not know how to clean and re color grout.. He knows nothing about customer Service!! read more
