They are not honest. Bought their tiles and services to tile my house. They told me it would take three days. I assumed that would mean multiple people to work on the house. They subcontracted one guy and it took him nearly two weeks. I had to pay out of pocket to stay in hotels for more than a week. Not recommended!!!! read more

After thirty years, and tiles falling off near the shower floor, it was time to retile our master bathroom. Rigo Tile was our final choice for the job. Their showroom specialist Melxa Lavoy was very knowledgable and helped me so much with my final selections. They also have the best variety of tile and accents in their showroom than the other places we visited. The two tile installers who did the job, Emilio and Alex, did a wonderful job of making sure that we were a part of every detail during the installation. Even though we don't speak Spanish, and the tilers speak limited English, we were able to communicate well just how we wanted the final look to be. Their expertise, and attention to detail, soon became quite apparent as they began the job. The final outcome was gorgeous! Some might find the language barrier challenging, but we were so pleased with our experience and the final outcome that we are now considering Rigo Tile for our next flooring project. read more

I lost almost $ 10,000 with them, it has been the worst business of my life, having bought the tile with them. I made the composition between Rigo Tile and Home Depot, and home depot has better tile (in quality) and in price than Rigo tile. if you buy with them be careful that the tile is completely smooth, even rectified (that was the one that I bought) the show room looks smooth, but in the order arrives with waves, we realized after having finished all the work , and having cleaned the tile. read more

Excellent customer service! Since moving to central Florida and renovating my new house, I've dealt with my fair share of contractors/companies/re-modelers etc. . I must say that Rigo Tile far exceeded my expectations! Their prices are fair and they provide excellent customer service along with a quality product. We had our garage tiled, we bought all of our own materials from Floor & Decor in Orlando but Rigo Tile carried the same & similar products for around the same pricing. Why Rigo Tile is better (in my opinion) than Floor & Decor is for two reasons: 1) Better customer service. The estimator they sent over was very knowledgeable and able to give us an estimate fairly quickly. He was also quick to point out what pieces were missing for a specific design that we wanted (we had previously purchased all of the materials from Floor & Decor but the Floor & Decor specialist got the calculations wrong and gave us the wrong product, it was a nightmare to order from them). The installers themselves were prompt and courteous. They went straight to work, and even though our floors were a bit crooked, they managed to tile & grout the entire area (approx. 500 sq. feet) in 3 days. The installer actually apologized for it taking so long (I thought it was actually really quick) and explained that because our floor was not level it would probably take a little bit longer than usual. 2) Quality products & service at affordable pricing. As we stated they had much of the same products as Floor & Decor for around the same pricing at Floor & Decor. Also, even though we bought our own materials (not from Rigo Tile), their tile installation prices were the lowest that we have encountered! Another reason why I think they are a great choice is because they went above and beyond to help us out after a horrible experience with another contractor. I am so happy to have finally found good, quality service in my new hometown! I would definitely recommend, in fact, I am in the process of contracting them to do some more work on my new home. Walked into the store on a Sunday about a little more than a month ago. Walked in to get some ideas and to set an appointment to redo a shower tile and bathroom tile and add a glass door for the shower. The store was a little busy but there was more than enough employees working that everyone could be helped. No one asked if I needed help or anything. After about 10 mins of not being helped, headed towards the door and one of the guys comes running up asking if I needed help. Told him I wanted to set an appointment to do all the work for a bathroom tile and glass door and was informed that yes they would do all that. Gave me a form to fill out, and was told that I would get a call the next day with their scheduler and the form was thrown onto of a pile with other peoples forms there on the desk. Here we are months later still no call? Guess they don't need the business. read more

I am glad that I could give it one star, as the employee did try to assist us with her Spanish to English to translator, although this in my book does not represent any sort of customer service nor does it negate the fact that this is appalling in the US. They offer you 6 month warranty , after they complete the job when you try to contact them to fix something that isn't properly install they never return calls back and never send nobody to repair the job make sure don't pay them the full amount you own before you make sure everything is install properly ,because after you pay them they don't care and respond for nothing. read more

Promised to finish job at a specified time and was paid in full up front. Cost me several hundred dollars to compensate my tenants because the job went over. We went to Rigo Tiles in Orlando in February to purchase tiles for a bathroom remodel. I was attended by Ismael, the store manager. He helped us pick out tiles and took his time explaining the difference between the floor tiles, wall tiles and decorative tiles and special order tiles. He spent over two hours with us and never lost patience with me, I'm very picky and ask a lot of questions. A week later I went to their Kissimmee office and found Ismael was there and another employee called Milton. I was unsure if I had picked the correct color decorative tiles and also wanted to change out the color of the shower floor tile. Once again, they were very patient and assisted me quickly with no issues. The tiles I purchased are beautiful and the price was great. I have been back various times to pickup my changes and order additional tiles and even replace a broken tile. The service has always been excellent.
