What should've been a straightforward fix turned into a complete waste of time and money. Lights flickering, signals inconsistent--basically the exact issues I brought it in for, untouched or maybe even worse. Instead of taking responsibility, I got excuses, shrugging, and the classic runaround. No urgency, no accountability, and definitely no concern about the inconvenience they caused. It's honestly baffling how a place that specializes in trailers can't handle basic wiring. If you value your time, money, or safety, don't trust them with repairs--especially anything electrical. Plenty of other shops out there actually know what they're doing. This one clearly doesn't.

He walked her around the lot to check out the options and even recommended we check out a different vendor who may also have something that might work also (who does that anymore). I came back a few days later and we made a final selection. Zero pressure sales. We used our own credit union for financing and they worked well with my loan officer on all the details. The checkout process with Daniel was very thorough and he even stayed a little late since I got stuck in traffic when it was time to pick up the trailer. Overall great experience.

Showed up to make apt in person. Showed up on apt day and they were missing a part. They said they do the base but wiring wasn't in yet. They said they'd order wiring and I could come in a week from then without an apt and they would do it. They said they'd call when they had it in just to be sure. Two weeks went by no call. I called and what do you know they didn't answer. I came in again and they said they needed to order the part. I'm like ok. We made an official apt and they said they'd call if it did NOT come in. Clearly a mess waiting to happen but ok. Btw my van is in Fremont so I had to pick it up and drop it off every time I took it in. I went in the day before the final apt just to make sure the part was in (in my Omaha car because I'm not going to Fremont for no reason yet again). Waited in line 20 min and just left. I give up with this place. I'm worried to even go to another location. Just avoid them for hitches they're a mess. I drove there four times and didn't even get my hitch finished. Prices were appropriate for the level of service. With the winterization, they also included an inspection. One of our tires had a nail in it and they were able to take off the bad tire and put on the spare. They don't repair tires, but I was able to take it to a local place to get it fixed.
