All I can say is we have bought 5 campers in out lifetime at 3 different RV store. Never have we ever had a service person be so thorough, kind, considerate and absolutely amazing. I am a hard person to please and Dustin Steele blew us away. He didn't miss a beat and fixed what we needed and went above and beyond! He needs a raise and a paid vacation! sat in 95 degree heat inside the building going over numbers... NO AC and they have been like this for a MONTH!! you telling me there's no HVAC company in Omaha that can get this fixed??? I feel sorry for the employees that have been dealing with this while the GM sits in a 100k airconditioned camper next to the building. OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE!! Look elsewhere if possible!! This whole experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially they are very attentive and responsive to your questions and requests. However, after they take your money and get you out the door, they no longer care about you. Good luck getting in touch with someone after that!! They ignore calls, emails, and texts for weeks at a time. Sometimes they just won't even get back to you at all. And if they do get back to you they give you the "we'll look into it" speech and never actually get back to you. Logan Kennedy (the salesmen I worked with), Joshua Badura (the GM of this location), Kevin Knox (finance department), and Laura McDowell (title work and registration) have all been very unprofessional and unresponsive. I purchased a used fifth wheel from out of state on September 30th, 2025 which is when I initially competed all the paperwork (finance and registration) and everything was dated to that date. They then FAILED TO PROCESS my finance paperwork by the 30-day deadline and which resulted in a SECOND HARD INQUIRY to my credit report. This could have been completely avoided had they submitted everything in a timely manner. Following this, they requested that I RESIGN all new finance and registration paperwork as if I had purchased the unit dated to November 15th, 2025. This time around it was processed on time due to Jason, a Bish's employee based out of Idaho!! Jason has been the only saving grace in this whole process and has been the only one that answers calls and texts in a timely manner and doesn't give you the runaround. Fast forward to today, first week of February 2026, and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REGISTRATION AND TITLE-WORK FOR MY UNIT. All the paperwork was submitted to Laura McDowell at the end of November yet nothing has been completed. She has not answered any of my calls since. I just want to get all this over with and move on with my life!! On a positive note, the parts and service department was responsive and quick with sending me replacement parts that I needed for my unit. read more

We had serious problems as out-of-state travelers when our RV began acting up and we lost power to move. We made several phone calls to v Bish 's RV. Hoping for assistance. We camped out over a weekend. I'm trying again on Monday and still no return phone calls. We were very disappointed as we had heard. They were supposed to be good. Everyone was friendly and helpful until I made the purchase. No one will ever return your calls unless you are looking to buy, once you have given them your money, you are dead to them. I have been trying for two weeks to get assistance and have left over half a dozen messages with absolutely NO response. I am going to have to take off work early and drive there just to get support as it will be more difficult to ignore me when I am standing in front of them. read more

We bought our rig back in Feb. They found a small issue so we returned to get it fixed. They got it fixed but unfortunately they also scratched the front cap. So we returned it the next day and they fixed it quickly and you can't even see the scratch. They work with integrity and would highly recommend them for purchase and/or repairs. read more

We have been trying to get Bishs Rv of Omaha to fix our AC unit since October of 2023. We are travel nurses so we live out of the RV for about 3-9 months for our job. Like I said, we have been trying to get someone out here to fix our AC unit for the past nine months. Not only have we had three people come out to the RV, but we also dropped the RV off for two weeks, and were told it was going to be fixed, but when we went to pick it up, it was not fixed. And on a sidenote, we are still under warranty. One of the mobile techs that came out to fix our AC, proceeded to install the new AC motherboard, but refused to actually fix the AC because "it wasn't in his work order" to fix it. So he left. With our AC still not working. One of the mobile techs that came out here that they sent, proceeded to take $500 from us, and we never heard from him again. Luckily the warranty paid us back for that. We have two dogs that stay home while we work during the day. The past two weeks we've had to either take Our dogs to work with us and keep the car running and the AC going the entire time we are at work, or drop them off at a sitter when available, because the RV has been reaching temperatures above 90° on the inside. We also had to spend $400 on a mobile AC unit which truly doesn't make much of a difference in the temperature of the RV. We are nearing the end of our warranty as well, with no fix in sight. We also brought the RV in, and they told us they would fix the busted pipes in our washer. Well, instead, all they did was tighten screws on our busted pipes. They also proceeded to secure the washer and dryer into the RV without reinstalling the back of the washer. And also leaving the drainage pipe on the ground instead of it drainage spot. When asked if they checked their work and ran a cycle through the washer, they said no. So we haven't been able to use our washer for the past four months either. We are currently sitting at a crisp 86 degrees in the RV. Thanks Bishs!! read more

This is a little long. But I want people to hear this story about how awesome Bish's RV Of Omaha is!! This is a must read! My family and I are taking a 5 week trip around the country with our fifth wheel. We are from California. At our furthest point in our trip (Nebraska), of course things had to go wrong. We called all the RV services in the area and all had the same response. They all were 3-4 weeks booked out and could not get anyone in any earlier. Our hot water heater had gone out. We were halfway done with our trip. No hot water for the rest of the trip would be miserable. When I called Bish's, Misty in the service department felt like she needed to help. So she moved everything and said "if you can get in here at 9 am tomorrow morning, we will stop and squeeze you in. We have the parts needed and can get you in and out in about 30 minutes." That morning, when we pulled the trailer out of the campground we were staying at, the gps took us out a different direction than we came in. This next part is "slightly" embarrassing. But there was a train track bridge right outside the campground and it was a little lower than I thought. I drove under this bridge without thinking about it's height. Crash!!!!!! It took everything on top of my trailer clean off! A/C was obliterated. Vents were crushed. TV antenna damaged. I jumped out of the truck and thought I had just ruined this whole trip. I was freaking out. This is way too much damage to expect it to get fixed anywhere now. But Bish's saves the day. When I pulled in there (an hour late now) after destroying the trailer on the drive in, I told them what had just happen 30 minutes earlier. They climbed up on my trailer roof and assessed the damage. I knew there was no hope. But I was wrong. They had 1 A/C unit that was for my trailer left in stock. They all went to work on it. And in less than 4 hours, they had fixed EVERYTHING!!! New A/C, new vents, hot water heater repaired, lines blown out, and everything back to running perfect. I had prepared myself for a very large bill. Expecting $3K-$4K minimum. The total bill for replacing everything, including parts and labor was a total of $1,600!!!! I could not be anymore great full and thankful to Bish's RV of Omaha. I recommend everyone that needs RV repair go to Bish's. You don't need to talk to Misty to get this type of treatment either. Everyone I met there treated me the same as she did. I felt important. And I felt like they wanted to do the best job for every customer that comes to them. They took pity on me and my family. They knew the bind we were in. Being 2000 miles from home and could not wait a month to get looked at. They wanted me to be back on the road with minimal time loss and get us home. Bish's immediately put me on their calendar on our return from our winter-haven. Sarah the service manager is professional, polite and efficient. She put me in touch with their Lincoln service center to get some Newmar specific work done. Sales was great. The camper I was looking at was at a different location so I couldn't see it prior to starting the process. They got the camper to the location closest to me, which was great. The sales proccess went well and everyone was super responsive. The camper gets delivered and it goes downhill after that. I find some pretty major water damage that was not disclosed and the water pump didn't work. I called service immediately once they were open the following work day. I heard nothing back. I got in touch with my salesperson later in the week. I was told they are super busy and that I would get a call back. It has now been two weeks, multiple ignored phone calls and messages. Being blatantly ignored is beyond frustrating and it shows how much they care once the deal has been made. Which is too bad for them as the campground I belong to would have been a gold mine for them as word of mouth is the best advertising. Three of my neighbors bought campers just this week but went elsewhere after asking me about my experience. read more

Bish's RV Repair treated us well! On a hot August day, after being on the road over two months, our Class A diesel coach air started making a clacking noise and sometimes would not work. After calling MANY places with no answer, no call back or not available until November, etc. Mitch at Bish's said "bring it in tomorrow." Note: Bish's Service is located at 7502 L St (off S 72nd St) - not at the dealership. Everyone at Bish's was very friendly. They fixed the bent fan and got us on the road within an hour. And they said " No charge"!! I highly recommend Bish's as your first phone call. Very nice people. read more

The finance manager saved our deal. Our sales guy was new, which wasn't a problem, he ended up doing a great job, but we purchased right before a huge RV show in Omaha and our deal got pushed aside for the sales at the show. There was a culmination of the show, bad weather and the process not being explained clearly that we were very frustrated with. Bad advice was given to our sales guy and they started getting pushy when we were wanting to back out because no one was communicating the process. Like I said the finance guy saved our deal and explained what the process should have been all along so we finally clearly understood their delivery process, it does take a few hours to walk thru and get educated about your trailer. I just wanted to pick it up and go. I like the history of Bish's and I would come back again vs ever going to Camping World or AC Nielsen that was a worse experience. read more

I would highly recommend to never buy anything from bishs rv. One of their employees damaged the hitch on my fifth wheel with a forklift. About $1000 worth of damage. Cannot get anyone to respond to emails or call back. Furthermore i bought an extended warranty after 10 months I decided it was probably a waste of money after dealing with them so i asked to cancel it. I called them to request cancellation aug 9 2022. They sent me a form to sign which i did and returned the same day. Here it is January 5 2023. No refund, no return to emails. I call and they say someone will call back and they never do. We purchased a used Camper 2 days ago and realized it needed some work. When we asked if the water system was ok they told us it was pressure checked and it was ok. We got it home hooked it to water and it's like a sprinkler going off under it and in the bathroom.This would have clearly been seen if they had actually done the test. They advertised it as having no soft spots in the ceilings or the floor, you can put your foot through the floor in the bathroom. They refuse to do anything about it. Needless to say I will never buy from Bish's again and advise everyone to be very careful. Your money to hard to come by to just throw it away. read more
