Walked in within 30 minutes prior to closing. Employees loudly yelled that they would be closing…read moresoon. Like, okay, but you're still open right? Went and picked out 12 balloons to have helium inflated into and the same employee loudly and rudely announced that they could not blow them up. Asked why and employee (again rudely) said that it was store policy to not blow them up within 30 minutes of closing. Really? That sounds made up. No wonder the store has been going downhill. Went across the street to Dollar Tree and was in and out with 12 balloons in 10 minutes. Michael's, you have just lost another customer. Sad.
