They offered practical options to help us balance project size with cost, and the lead time they provided was accurate within a few days. Our project involved replacing a front walk that had previously been lifted using an injection method from another company. That repair failed because of issues with the base. Silver's removed the fallen walk and broken bricks, rebuilt the base properly, and tied the new step and walk into the porch. The seam is clean, flat, and solid. They also replaced several shattered sidewalk panels and tied them into the existing panels with rebar. Both the immediate cleanup and the follow‑up cleanup after removing the barrier were thorough. Based on this experience, I would absolutely hire Silver's Concrete again.

This was a recurring issue I needed professionally addressed and after multiple discussions where they assured me the problem could be fixed. I trusted them to get it done. After the job was "completed," I was shocked to see the same pooling issue reoccur. When I reached out to discuss this, they were dismissive, insisting that the problem was resolved and that any further issues were "normal." When I pointed out that the work clearly wasn't up to par, they tried to deflect responsibility and even accused me of questioning their experience and skills, which was equally frustrating and entirely inappropriate. Despite multiple attempts to get them to come back and address the work, my messages went ignored. They ceased all communication and refused to honor what was a professional commitment. Unfortunately, my experience with '5 Star Concrete' has been incredibly disappointing. I feel taken advantage of for trusting them with a job they either couldn't or wouldn't complete correctly. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional concrete work, as this experience has shown a complete lack of integrity, skill and customer care.

After him babbling on for another 10 minutes, all he asked me was if the roof was safe to walk on....simple question could have been answered by text. Obviously the roof was safe to walk on, he just hadn't even looked at the chimneys yet to do a quote. Acted totally unprofessional and hung up on me when I asked him NICELY why he couldn't just have texted me that question. I wpuld never do business with someone that treated me like I work for them.
