I was not climbing a ladder to clean gutters and the age of 72. He came over looked at what had to be done and we came to a price which was good for us. He did the job and also did some repairs that he had found once up on the ladder. Since that time, we sold out house to our daughter and her husband and moved back to our original home here in Saratoga Springs and we called Mark to do a power wash on our present home. I took the shutters off and he came and did the job plus he did a couple of other things while he was here that we asked him to do. He did everything and the house looks great! He's a local guy and he is good at what he does. No high pressure sales talk from him. Just honest work. He's a good man.
