The one thing I wish I had known before was that business accounts can't be used at stores, which are franchise locations. I had already packed my box before I realized. The person was nice about it, and checked if the account could be used a number of times. He pointed out that I had to go to a center if I wanted to use the account, and that the stores were franchises, and blocked the use of accounts. That was helpful to know for the future.
