When calling Winfield Family Medicine, you are asked to call another number, which I did. A person answered and asked me what facility this was for and then transferred me to a voice mail. So, I was able to speak with someone finally and told them the charges in question were for my wife who is now deceased. The reply was, " well, she incurred the charges prior to her death." How's that for cold! Since this person was NOT in the billing department (even though she responded to my request to speak with the billing department), she said she would forward a message to them and they would get back to me. 8 days later and still waiting (although hell will most certainly freeze over before they see a dime from me.)
