We sent numerous texts over the last five months, and he continued to make excuses and kept saying "whenever someone is in the area, they'll fix it." He even said we could just mark the spot if we were not going to be at home. His latest text stated "I'm retiring at Christmas so do whatever you need to do. Won't matter to me LOL." We found his response to be very unprofessional and showed a lack of character.
