Don't go with this guy. This guy is an absolute scam completely ignores my phone calls and did a terrible job on the trim work and on top of that tried to charge me more. read more

This included a construction company that installed interior and exterior door as well as flooring. All did a great job. As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. He did a good job and the price was very reasonable.

I chose Erick for how he explained the work, would rebuild and flash the brick chimney and the cleanup. All work was done as promised and Erick the owner was on the job site. He did the chimney. Only thing was he advised to put down new sheathing which I understood why, but was an added expense. Hard for a retired senior. But happy with all work as completed and clean up was as if no one was there. Highly recommend EM and Erick.
