If you are on here to see if you should see this doctor, please do not waste your time. If you are here because you or your family member has been verbally abused or mistreated by this man, please allow me to give you the medical board information to report him. Check out the info on photos attached. Today I came in with my elderly mom because she said he called her to come see him after he previously told her she wasnt welcomed as his patient a few weeks back. He was late to open the office , first off. No apologies or explanation. Then 20 mins after the appt was supposed to start he finally calls her in. I walk in first ahead of her and he told me i cant come in first bc I'm not the patient. Red flag no.1. I was taken aback but let her come in first. Then he proceeded To tell me that because of privacy laws I am not the patient so I can't walk in first. Then he took her weight and when I leaned in to see how much she weighed he told me that I have to ask him how much she weighs and I asked him why would I have to do that when I have eyes and I can just look myself. Thats red flag no.2. And this is when he gets mad at me and tells me about patient privacy and why I can't walk in first and that he needs to give me permission to look at her weight and that I can't be there anymore so he basically kicked me out of that part of the office. I told him that he was a bully but went to the Waiting room anyways. After a few seconds I heard him yelling at my mother so I open the door and started to tell him that he cannot yell at her and he said I wasn't yelling at her I was yelling at you. But that doesn't make any sense because I was behind a closed door so I gave him a piece of my mind and I told him that he was being unprofessional and he should not yell at people and then I'm gonna report him to the medical board. And that's when he shut up because he got scared of me. He then told us to walk back out to the front and he talk to us at the front desk and he made up all this long excuse of why my mother was a non-compliant patient and he was trying to help her and he did not drop her as a patient but he was also contradicting himself because he said that he told her that she called him too much and was really nervous when she called so he suggested that she go see her family doctor instead of him. I basically told him that we came because we want her lab results an x-ray results but he still will not give it to us and told us that his copy machine did not work and that she should go to the lab and the radiology department to ask for her medical records.It is my opinion that this man is mentally ill and should not be practicing medicine but it is a fact that he was verbally abusive to me and my mother along with other people that have left yelp reviews here. He should not be practicing medicine and should be investigated. If you were abused by this person please report him to the board of medicine so that there is more than one report in that date so they can investigate him. He is not safe for patients. read more

All the negative reviews you see on the internet is true. I worked for this monster 10 years ago, and I still remember the horrific experience. I was young so I thought his behavior was normal in a work place. He aggressively calls you names. There was a moment he got so angry he threw everything from the counter to the ground. If there is a petition to revoke his license, I definitely will sign it. The long wait? It's because he's busy surfing the internet or something in his office. I reminded him he has a patient waiting in the front, and he brushed me off. Shouldn't your patients be your 1st priority? I'm surprised he's still practicing now and is in business. I remember working for this man years ago. He was very rude and treated his staff with cruelty. I was told by a co-worker that he had to hire a new front office person every week or so. His wife told me during the interview that if I chose to quit, they aren't liable to pay me for the hours previously worked during the week. The third day there I broke down crying because he called me stupid and made me scrub down the counters that had all this sodium or something built up (with plain water). Of course it wouldn't come out, what an idiot. Regardless, I still did not quit but he told me not to come in the next day. That's called being discharged but his equally horrific wife still denied wages owed to me. My friend had gone there recently and mentioned that he was still yelling at his staff, and the girl behind the counter was teary eyed. In hindsight, I wish I would've taken legal action against this man. There was no proof that I had quit. I never signed discharge papers. Unfortunately, I was young then and didn't know better. Although, frankly I bet I was just so horrified with the whole experience I just wanted to get past it. I think I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. It's just not right. Warning !!! Please don't come to this office. I was referred to this doctor by my primary care. I called to make appointment but i was so frustrated with horrified experience after hung up the phone. I called the office, this doctor answered the phone instead. He doesn't have front office to help him. This doctor is very unprofessional, has angry problem and have no respect for his patients. He was asking me about my insurance information with aggressive demanding, abusive yelling tone... i was shocked about his communication skills. Am highly recommend this doctor take basic communication class and learn to respect other. Am so glad that am not his patient. This doctor attitude toward patients is unacceptable. This guy is the rudest. I have never been to a doctor before where I felt like it was an argument from the get go. I thought it might be because I had informed him that his Satellite TV system was a pirated. But after seeing other reviews, I realize that the world should just be warned that this "Doctor" is not worth your time. BE WARNED - Don't waste your time and money with this doctor! He was very frustrating and condescending to talk to. He talked way too much and wouldn't hear me out or let me ask a question without cutting me off. Also, he made me come out of the patient room and back to the front before allowing me to even ask any questions. When I come out to the front, He starts conversing with a rep for 5 mins before getting back to me. Finally, when I was able to ask questions, he proceeds to cut me off and basically rants on and on about what he already explained to me in the patient room, and still didn't answer my question. I took my dad here years ago, but it was an experience that i could never forget. I thought it was gonna be one of those doc visits, but i ended up waiting for 6 hours. I started to get mad at my dad for putting me thru it. But it wasn't his fault! This doctor made my dad wait inside the whole time. My dad told me that he would come back every two hours to look at him for like 30 seconds. My dad was getting cold waiting in there. I also noticed that the doc was the only one working, answering phone calls, signing patients in, walking patients in, and whatever else he was doing. The office was small and there was only me waiting for my dad and maybe one more patient. I don't understand how it could take 6 hours?? Be warned! read more

Worst doctor ever! Dr. LeSon must have forgotten his oath as a doctor to service patients with respect and humanity. He acts without humility and is only interested in billing patients. My grandmother visited his office recently because she was experiencing allergic reactions and Dr. LeSon berated her about her frequent doctor visits and prescriptions. THIS WAS HER FIRST TIME in his office and she came home disturbed and obviously shaken up by this visit. After yelling at an elderly for about 15-20 minutes, Dr. LeSon refused service and sent her home. The Medical Board will hear about this and I hope that YOU make a better choice than my family did by NOT visiting his office or giving him money. read more

I don't think this doctor even deserves any star! His license should be suspended for giving out patients expired medicine! I used to work there a while ago, and the experience was HORRIBLE!! It was my first job after I graduated from college, so I was so happy that I got the job out of so many candidates. However, after the first day, I've seen all type of unprofessional, cheap, and very bad temper from this doctor. He hired me as an accountant, yet he made me clean the closets and all the things of a medical assistant would do. While cleaning the closets, I had noticed a lot of medicine that was expired a long time ago, so I asked his wife if I could throw them away, yet she still told me to put them there just in case....And later on, I noticed those expired medicine in the room where he saw his patients. He usually made the patients drink the medicine at the spot, and the patients (mostly old Vietnamese ppl) had no idea of what he gave them. In addition, all the medical equipment were not sanitized; instead, he washed them with only soap and hot water! He always let patients waited for such a long time (1-2 hr) even though there wasn't anyone else in the office. I got yelled for so many times because I kept telling him that there was a patient waiting, for I thought he forgot that he had a patient. I saw him staying in his office SHOPPING a date dress for his wife! What an ignorance doctor! No heart at all! I felt really bad for those old Vietnamese people who were referred to this specialist. A lot of them was YELLED at so loud that I could hear every word from the front desk! Plus, the doctor talked in a very ANNOYING Vietnamese Accent! I felt like I was harassed by him because of all the yelling and slamming. I had to do EXACTLY what he told me to do. He used to call me "ma^'t day." (in Vietnamese, means my parent didn't raise me well). Even with a small matter that didn't please him, he would go crazy! When I quit, the wife didn't want to pay me. She made me turn in the 2 weeks notice by mail, and she will mail the check to my house. I told her that I wanted to pick it up because my house was only 10 mins away. She made it such a big deal and started cursing and yelling at me on the phone. I was so scared! Finally she told me to come over during the lunch time (the office is closed for 2 hours everyday for lunch) to pick it up. I was afraid that they might set something up because there wasn't anyone there at the office except for those two horrible ppl. So I decided to ask the police to assist me in! If this guy was one of Snow White's seven dwarfs, he would be Grumpy. When you think of a doctor; you think well-educated, you think open-minded, you think compassionate. Well this guy will shatter that imagery. Quite possibly the most unpleasant one-sided conversation I have ever had. His biggest problem is the abusive/yelling tone which includes a free serving of belittling and snide remarks. His condescending attitude either stems from a god-complex, napolean-complex, too much stress at work, unhappiness in his life, or all of these put together. I would suggest changing your overall tone with people, maybe take some stress reduction classes, and talk to everyone like they are your loving grandmother. Or maybe just start over and relearn basic interpersonal communication skills. Lets just stick to a few phrases. "How can I help you?" "Yes sir." "No sir." This is the worse doctor I have ever been to. This idiot over books schedules and ping pongs back and forth to his patients. It takes over 4 hrs from start to finish. I also see the way he treats his patients and workers and it's extremely rude/arrogant/degrading. I would never recommend this guy to anyone. read more

I was referred to Dr. Sean Leson by a radio station. I visited his office sometime in January 2014. When I first stepped into the waiting room, I was helped by an extremely nice lady at the front desk; she was excellent during my entire visit. (This was the only pleasant part of Dr. Sean Leson's office). After about 1 hour at waiting room, Dr. Sean Leson called me in, everything seemed OK and I went home with a 2nd appointment arranged for about 2 weeks later...On March, 2014, I came back to his office for a shot treatment as he advised; I felt something wrong based on the way he treated me at this time. In the following week, his front desk secretary called to let me know that he was in a meeting at hospital, and my appointment was canceled... He also canceled my next appointment. I went back to his office on the appointment, from 10:30AM and waited in waiting room until 1:00PM and he called me to the counter, tried to explain something about my health situation, medication, and finally about my insurance. He tells me to pay by cash so that he can give me a discount. I immediately knew what the problem was from this point on (my Insurance didn't want to pay his overpriced bill). After that, I informed them that the amount they expected (in cash) was too much with me, I told his secretary that I needed to think about it and left his office. I went back inside to ask the lady at the counter if it was possible to get the copies of the papers that he asked me to sign. Instead of simply giving me my copies, he rudely asked me "What do you plan to do with these copies?" To which I explained that I just wanted to pick up the papers that I forgot. He didn't want to listen to me at all and began to yell at me! I asked him, "Doctor, kindly tells me one thing: Do I not have the right to have copies of any document I sign?" Instead of answering my question he simply called me a "COW" in front of the secretary. (His office has a surveillance camera that recorded everything). It really surprised me. I have never in my life......heard that kind language from even my students, much less a DOCTOR, A MEDICAL DOCTOR (DR. SEAN LESON.) He is mean and rude. I cannot see how he deserves or is even able to stay in business. I was and still am appalled at the way he spoke to his clients (including me)!! For the record, I always remained composed, regardless of how he was treating me due to the fact that I'm very sick and needed his assistance. I have no knowledge of how he was brought up (in his family and his school) but he had no right to treat me the way that he did. Needless to say (Even, I will die tomorrow) I will never return to Dr. Sean Leson's office as his personal viewpoints impact his ability to perform. In addition it is very easy to see how little he values the lives of patients in need of help (never mind your feelings as a person.) If you were planning on coming to Dr. Sean Leson for treatment, I strongly recommend you find another doctor... Any other doctor would be better than this doctor. read more

I don't want to call this man a doctor. May be he is not a normal person. This was a first time I visit his office; after waiting for about 10 min. He came out and asked what do I want, before I could ask him any questions, he pointed me to the hospital which is across the street, and told me to make an appointment to talk to him. I was tried to tell him that I don't live in local area but from Los Angeles, since I hear his commercial on radio,and I'd like to get some more information.
