The rudest, most uncaring, arrogant SOB of a doctor. Treats his patients and his staff like dogs. I saw him scold a patient from the waiting room and be extremely demeaning to his medical assistants. Why be a doctor if you hate your life? His STAFF are very friendly. He takes pride in the fact that he was a surgeon in Korea but what's the point if you are a POS? My grandpa had a cut that needed a stitch and he was trying to make conversation so he said,"please make it pretty." He told me afterwards that he gave him a whole shpill about how he was a surgeon and that he didn't need to say something unnecessary like that. Like what?!!! He is a rare MD/PhD who doesn't sugarcoat the facts; he presents the data and the risks with total clinical honesty. For 10 years, I refused statins, trying every alternative to manage my health. He was persistent and explained cases things went wrong and side effects were negligent. When my LDL hit a dangerous 195 mg/dL, Dr. Oh was blunt: the data showed I was on a path toward a stroke, and the risk simply wasn't worth it. I finally followed his advice and started a low 10mg dose. Just 3 months later, the results are historic: my LDL plummeted from 195 to 76, and my Total Cholesterol dropped from 264 to 144. Dr. Oh is very arrogant. He didn't listen to me as a patient and always treated my questions like they weren't even happening. He never cared nor took any type of action to help. He told me to reschedule another appointment for annual check-up (it didn't have to do anything with my concern) in the front desk, and never suggested any recommendations regarding my concern. Dr. Oh is my mom's PCP. He is wonderful, super knowledgeable, often busy (but tbh which doctor isn't) and thorough. Even though I like him, I think I may like his front desk staff more. I LOVE that when you call, a real person picks up after a few rings -- no automated system trying to transfer you to somewhere and ultimately sending you to leave a voicemail nonsense. The office is clean. The receptionists are very nice and friendly. Nurses are well organized and seem to know what they were doing. The entire staffs seem perfectly bilingual (English and Korean). This is good for people who speak Korean only. I saw a lot of old Korean patients, who require often, routine visits. Dr. Oh is a very experienced and thorough doctor. He seems very knowledgeable for young and old patients. Even though he was very busy, he spent enough time asking questions to me and trying to answer all my questions thoroughly. So i used to come visit this doctor b/c he was the only one near me thats open on Saturday. However, that has now changed. I came here 4/28/23, and discovered they no longer open Sat. The Dr. himself will not listen to what you have to say, seriously. I came here a few years ago, b/c I needed fluconazole due to having oral thrush/candida. He told me he wont prescribe it to me b/c he doesn't see any in my mouth. I told him I have previously tested for it and it showed that I did. He wrote me a prescription for literally 3 tablets, didn't even get a capsule of them. He also made me take a sample b/c he didn't believe me, and said im too young to get it. After i got the results back, the results showed the same, that the culture taken was in fact candida. . A few years later, i came back asking for fluconazole again, and hes like who said you have candida? Im like dude, i came to you and you took my culture. And he literaly said i dont see it, its gone, and wouldn't prescribe me any. Like wtf? lol. He just prescibed me something else cuz he said my throat looks a little red. This dr will do the bare minimum i swear. His diagnosis to everyone is, advil and get more sleep, dont drink, but drink more water. read more

I think it's already been about 10 years since I went to this clinic. I went for a blood test today, and I always feel grateful to the friendly staff from the front of the clinic and the staff who contacted me in advance so that I wouldn't forget my appointment. Beware of this doctor. My parents, who have medical conditions, have been going to this doctor for a couple years. They have given him 2 years time and unfortunately, my parents and I feel that he does not know what he's doing. He didn't get the medication right and then blamed my parents for it. What kind of doctor puts blame on his patients for something he did wrong!? He gets upset with his staff and asks his patients to do all sorts of "favors"/procedures so he can get extra money. In my opinion, this doctor may be a quack so please, please, please do the research for yourself if you decide to see this doctor. I have been coming to see Dr Moonmock Oh for about 8 years. I have been so pleased with how the staff and the doctor put me and my health first when I moved over 80 miles away I decided I was still going to come to this practice. The staff is always welcoming, helpful, attentive and very accommodating. Dr Moonmock Oh is very kind, helpful and extremely intelligent. He is amazingly informative and explains why I need take medicine or exercise and or other things to stay healthy. He is there to help. HELP! The doctor is there to inform you then it is up to you to take the information and apply it. My wife and kids continue to come here as well. None of us have ever had a negative experience here. I am not exactly a healthy person and after 3 back surgeries I am sure I can be a difficult patient at times.
