I have had follow-up appointments every few months to continue to manage the symptoms, which have improved greatly! She is warm, friendly, and focused on my during the visit. The rashes were so itchy that it kept her up all night and made her so sleep deprived during the day. She visited both her primary care doctor and a dermatologist, but unfortunately, the medications they prescribed didn't bring any relief. That changed when she saw Dr. Young. From the moment he looked at her rashes, he seemed to know exactly what was going on. He diagnosed her quickly and confidently, and the treatment he prescribed worked almost immediately. The rashes improved significantly after the first night. My mom finally experienced relief after weeks of discomfort and frustration. Dr. Young's expertise, attentiveness, and quick action made a world of difference. We're so thankful for his care and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician.

Among the injuries I sustained, the most significant were skull base fractures and fractures of my orbit, which led the emergency doctors to diagnose me with traumatic optic neuropathy. After consultations with maxillofacial specialists and ophthalmologists, I was told I was legally blind, 20/230, and that this was now my life. Devastated, I reached out to Dr. Lin who was highly referred by a longtime family friend. She felt he and his team should see me and offer other opinions. While Western medicine may refer to Dr. Lin as a "physical therapist," I don't think that language fully defines what he does. At our first meeting, he was gentle, attentive, and deeply aware of my condition. His method is difficult for me to fully articulate, but it was unlike anything the physicians I had seen before had provided. Dr. Lin created a treatment plan in collaboration with his in-house acupuncturist, Dr. Park, and the two of them treated me in concert. I visited them about once a month. Dr. Park performed acupuncture targeting specific hemispheres they agreed would be beneficial, while Dr. Lin used manual techniques, pressing, pulling, and adjusting different parts of my face and body. One moment stands out clearly in my memory. As Dr. Park had acupuncture needles placed in the points she selected, Dr. Lin pressed a section of my face under my eye with significant pressure. The instant he released, my nasal passage cleared dramatically. I had been so focused on my vision that I ignored other parts of my body that also needed attention. This is what impressed me most: their understanding of the interconnectedness of the human body, and the way each system affects the next. Even though I came in focused on a single issue, they recognized that other problems could be developing or stagnating and that treating one area would likely set off a domino effect. They addressed everything collectively rather than isolating one symptom. Dr. Park also gave me homework: changes to my diet, foods to avoid, preferred cooking methods, and even the temperature of liquids I should consume. Detailed instructions that had never been offered nor had I considered. Western medicine had only offered me chemical treatments or surgeries to remove or implant. Dr. Lin was one of the few who was relieved I had not had a surgery and was not taking medication. In my most desperate moment, when the reality of vision loss was fresh and overwhelming, they helped keep hope alive. I am happy to say that I have since improved to 20/40 vision. Slowly, every day I feel a little better. I am not claiming that Dr. Park and Dr. Lin performed miracles. What I do believe is that the treatment they provided stimulated something meaningful in my recovery. Maybe I would have healed to this extent without them, maybe not. But I wholeheartedly feel that their treatment encouraged my body to heal itself. I am four months removed from the incident, I have my vision back and I feel great. Recovery is not complete, but I am in a place now that my Ophthalmologist told me never to expect. Thank you to both Dr. Lin and Dr. Park. I could not be more grateful.

I am compelled to write this review - not just because of the exceptional care I received from Dr…read more Patel and his team but to help inform people of the tremendous benefit of regeneration therapeutics. I suffered an injury over Christmas that left me unable to walk, excruciating pain just to stand. I took 3,000 mg Tylenol, and 400 mg Celebrex without relief. I had to fly home early from my daughter's in MO, in a wheelchair. I went to see an orthopedic surgeon who was not helpful but did prescribe PT. I went to PT for months and in March was still in bad pain with most usual activities. I was living a very restricted life. I researched functional orthopedic care and I am so grateful I found Dr. Patel. After reading reviews I made an appointment but was still unsure if I could get results like those I read about. He spent 90 minutes with me (never has any physician spent 90 minutes with me) - watched me walk, examined my spine and muscle strength, asked me lots of questions, and answered all of mine. He reviewed the 2 sets of X-rays that had been taken previously, gave me his working diagnosis, and ordered an MRI. The MRI showed a strangulated nerve root at L5 in addition to several other findings including severe facet arthropathy. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and stem cell therapeutics are still not covered by insurance (despite being found beneficial for well over a decade), and the cost was higher than I had anticipated. He explained my options - taking the insurance-covered route or taking his route (recommending both procedures for my complex case) but with the possibility of full mobility. I scheduled my procedure and the day before I would have fell in the parking lot after having lunch with a friend if she had not been with me, due to the severe claudication in my left leg. His patient advocate made sure I had everything prepared before my procedure. His team was extraordinary - calling the night before with reminders about medications to take before coming, medications to bring, etc. My procedure was much more complex than usual but everything went great! The care I received during the procedure was exceptional and prior preparation made the transition home easy. For the first 3 days, I was in a lot of pain and grateful to have purchased the walker as they suggested. The walker and the back brace helped to mitigate some of the pain when I needed to get up and move around my house. As I live alone, I was grateful to have my sister come and stay with me for 3 days. After about a week, the only pain I felt was in the back of my pelvis at the two puncture sites for the bone marrow aspiration. I have taken no pain medication not even Tylenol, after the first 5 days. It has been about 5 weeks now since the procedure and I am pain-free at rest and continuing to push my body with PT twice a week. I have full flexibility without pain. I can lift 15 pounds without pain and am walking 2 to 3 miles a day without pain. I am confident in another month or two I will be back to full physical activities. These procedures administered by an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable physician can regenerate the lower back - ligaments, muscles, and facets, and stabilize the lower back. I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone suffering back pain, who believes they must live a life of limited activity, muscle relaxants, and pain medication, or face back surgery that could leave you worse off. Please make an appointment and learn more about this treatment given your situation. The consultation examination will be the best physical exam you have ever had and worth every cent!

While on the way, I called to inform them I would be about 5 minutes late, but I was told I had no appointment and that the doctor was not accepting new patients, despite the fact that I had already been scheduled and selected under my insurance. I want to mention that the office itself was clean, quiet, and well organized. There were two receptionists present, and both of them were respectful, kind, and did their best to assist us professionally. After insisting, I was told to come in. My father was in a wheelchair, weak and confused, and needed care. Unfortunately, Dr. Sheidaei's behavior was very unprofessional. He appeared impatient, dismissive, and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. He also stated that he does not accept Medi-Cal patients, which was confusing given the prior confirmation. What was most upsetting was the tone and attitude we received during such a vulnerable moment. Instead of compassion, we felt judged and unwelcome. When I asked if he could also see my mother in the future, he responded in a very inappropriate and humiliating way, saying in a threatening tone that I should "not push things" or he might refuse to see my father as well. This was extremely distressing and unacceptable, especially given my father's condition. I understand that medical offices are busy, but basic respect and professionalism should always be present, especially when dealing with patients in critical conditions. I am sharing this so others are aware of my experience and he could have treated this situation more professional instead of taking advantage of me being alone and weak
