Hoag has become our go-to every time, and every visit has been a great experience. The doctors and nurses are consistently excellent. They are kind, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure patients feel cared for and comfortable--especially when it comes to treating young children. You can tell they genuinely care and take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make what could be a stressful situation feel calm and manageable. My primary care doctor is also based there and she is wonderful, which makes the experience even better because we always feel like we are in very good hands. The ladies at the front desk also deserve a special mention. They are always warm, efficient, and welcoming, which makes such a difference when you arrive worried about a sick child. We have never, ever had a bad experience here. The care is consistently excellent, the staff is compassionate and professional, and everything runs smoothly every time. This is hands down our favorite urgent care and we feel very lucky to have it in our community.

OneMedical is amazing. The combination of great use of technology (app, telemedicine, easy access to records) and their amazing doctors, nurses and staff make it a great place to get healthcare. You can easily contact your doctor, refill a prescription, check your medical records and even talk to your doctor using the app without leaving your home. I just hope that the recent acquisition by Amazon doesn't impact their service negatively.

We were given a 4:00 PM appointment by the doctor herself, yet were made to wait over an hour with no explanation or apology. We were never seen by the doctor, She refused to review recent bloodwork from Hoag ER and instead sent us for new labs unnecessarily, wasting our time and money. This isn't the first issue. A few months ago, this same office ran a thyroid test on my wife and sent us to Hoag ER. Hoag re-ran the test and told us the results from SCKE were completely inaccurate. Two major errors affecting the same patient is unacceptable. Patients deserve respect, accurate testing, and doctors who value their time. We experienced none of that here.
