I called this Tax service based on the Yelp reviews, and I must say that I am thoroughly disturbed by how I was just treated by them. I am new to the area, single mom, just bought a home last year and I tried doing my taxes on TurboTax but realized I was in over my head so I wanted to take my forms to a professional. I answered all of the questions as best I could with the office manager, and she said the accountant would review and schedule me for an appointment. I just got a call that he is declining to take me on? I don't understand what the requirements are of being a client here? I'm a nice and respectful person who just needs their taxes done. My tax accountant whom I've been going to for the last 10 years decided to retire, so my neighbor recommended Sean Lintz. We requested a for an appointment and Jill contacted us and had several question in regards to out past filing. After a week, we receive a call from Jill and we had an appointment with Sean. The day of the appointment, Sean went over all of our documents and basically offered to file our tax return. Sean was also notice that we had few other options in filing our taxes that we're missed by my previous tax preparer. I was looking for a new tax person (my previous one retired) and I am so glad I found Sean Lintz. Jill (the office manager) is wonderful. She promptly returns calls/emails/texts messages and is very welcoming & friendly. Sean is also wonderful. He's very professional, knowledgeable and takes his time going over all the information. I always have anxiety when it comes to getting my taxes done and I had messed up on my exemptions this year, so I knew I would be owing money this year. However, my tax appointment wasn't nearly as bad as I was anticipating. Sean helped me set up my W-4, so I wouldn't make the same mistake next year. He even discovered that I was entitled to a larger refund from my 2020 return, which was a pleasant surprise. I wish we would have found Sean Lintz Tax Service sooner! We started out speaking to the office manager Jill. She set our appointment up for us, and was so helpful and friendly! She answered all of the questions and concerns I had. Jill sent me my appointment information, as well as a list of all of the documents we would need to bring via email. When it came time for the appointment Jill greeted us took us to Sean's office. Sean is fast and efficient. He was also able to answer the questions we had along the way. I usually try to fumble my way through doing my own taxes. I have also met with a couple other tax professionals in the past. This was by far the best tax experience I have ever had. It took the stress off of me by having a team so friendly and knowledgeable preparing our taxes for us. I highly recommend Sean and Jill and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them.
