This lady named Elizabeth is such a liar, rude and extremely unprofessional. I have called her many times regarding my 2021 tax papers because I need it for school. she keeps lying that she is not in the office or I called her late. she is the one who created problem for me for putting the wrong address spelling on my tax papers now I need help but she keeps lying and she even blocked my number. thats not how you treat your customers. The moment I walked in , I asked if I could get an estimate for my return and she just gave off such a rude vibe and asked me Infront of her clients how much I made last year ? Like lady whattt?? Elizabeth was great, she is thorough and efficient on top of being courteous and understanding. My wife and I just got married, we each have properties in our name and we each had W-2s and 1099's and a bunch of other forms that would take the average person hours to research how to properly fill out, but she knocked it out of the park very quickly. She lied to me about the pricing. She said I will charge you the same amount what you paid last year. This time when she submitted my taxes she charged me double the amount I paid last year. This is totally unethical and not good way of doing business or retaining your customers. I could have easily found a much cheaper place but I was stuck and she had already e-submitted my taxes so had no choice. Folks, I would not recommend her and you will be better off taking your business elsewhere. read more

I am not sure why Robert had such a horrendous experience. Maybe the representative from Top Notch was not the one I use. I have been a patron of Top Notch Tax Service for the past 7 years. I only allow Elizabeth Tews to handle my tax needs. My husband and I both have our own business and it is hard to find someone that understands our business taxes well and is able to process our taxes with extreme care and due diligence. Our country's tax system is extremely difficult to understand, especially if you are a business owner, then add the state tax requirements into it. We are all humans and can make a mistake, but that does not mean that what Happened to you Robert happens to every patron. I look at your experience as positive, they did step up to the plate and admitted a mistake and then did offer to waive their fee, it's not like the business should pay the taxes that were owed. Reading this negative review does not make me seek another tax service. While I am a loyal client I would not continue to seek service from this business if I would not have %100 confidence and successful results. read more

This is my first time filing taxes with Top Notch, we didnt get a appointment, we just walked inn. The representative was amazing, she didnt hesitate to do our taxes, considering we had so much to file this year. She wasnt focused so much on how much we are willing to pay her, she looked into our documents and started processing them immediately. I have been to other tax services, they will first talk about how much they are going to charge and explain why they are charging so much. She looked at each papers made sure we had everything we need to file the taxes and completed all of it for us. explained us every step, answered all our questions more than once without being annoyed or frustrated, or didnt brush our question away. Everything was completed in 20mins time and we were not charged a lot for their service. We are so happy we found the best company to do our taxes and no doubt we will be going to them next year too. They are Definitely TOP NOTCH TAX SERVICES, They know what they are doing. H&R Block or Turbo Tax reps have no idea what they are doing or talking about.
