terrible! stylist overcharged and did a terrible job with foils. very disturbing level of quality. prices were far above what is published.

This is a wonderful hair salon ! Brenda the owner is phenomenal ! Her staff are amazing talented women ! Who are very kind, professional, and work their magic to give you a quality hair cut , color , style ! Jenny has been doing my hair for about 3 years now ! And I always leave with an excellent cut and color that lasts ! She also does a wonderful job on the extensions I need ! FINALLY. I got a haircut that I absolutely love! I made an appointment with Brielle based on all of the great reviews, and I'm so glad that I did. I haven't had a good - never mind great - haircut in roughly four or five years, so I was looking like a hot mess. No longer. I honestly feel like a new woman. My co-workers even commented on how much they liked it. What? The last time that happened was 2010. The cut is super easy to style too, which is a HUGE plus. Love, love, love Brielle! She is amazing. I recently moved to the Concord area and needed to find a new hairdresser. I was really unsure of where to go and ended up going to a different salon in Bedford and that was a major mistake. I saw Brielle today and she listened to me and fixed all of the things that I didn't like about what the previous girl did. I LOVE my hair and am now a client of Sean Nicole salon. I started having my hair styled at Sean Nicole after noticing my bartender's hair. I loved it - it was different without being radical and the color was awesome. I kept looking over at her and was finally told her I loved her hair style - she thanked me and said that she had just come from having it done. After chatting for a while she gave me the name of the the place as well as Brielle's name. I've been going ever since!! Brielle is wonderful. I asked for something fun and different w/out having anything specific in mind and after talking with me for a bit jumped in. I loved the outcome and receive compliments all the time. I've gone back to her quite a number of times now and everytime we "change things up" I love it. She (and everyone there) listens to what you want (or don't want) and give you fantastic hair without making you feel silly if you walk in as lost as I did that first time! Sean Nicole is an amazing salon. From the moment you walk in, and are greeted with a warm smile and "hello", your experience begins. Every salon professional gets to know their customers, and what works best for each and every one of them. They are a talented group! Besides knowing their business, they also work so well with one and other, that it is a pleasure to be there! They also work to accomodate your schedule. I love Brielle, and know that if I have a day that she does not work, and I need to be seen that she will be fine with this. (Something that does not happen in all salons!) I also feel very lucky to have Johanna work her magic on my hair, and know that both Brielle and Johanna are excellent, and are only concerned about the client. What more can one ask for...,A great environment, talented professionals, a , supportive and creative boss, and happy customers. I've heard good things about this salon from many people, and am sure that all of the employees are great, but I exclusively go to Tracy. Over the years I had gone to many other salons and found that the stylists had a tendency to do what they wanted, or what was the current trend, rather than what I wanted or looked good on me. I was a bit jaded, but decided to try Tracy at Sean Nicole Salon as I had met her through my work and had a good feeling that she "gets it", understands what I want and knows that I have to be able to replicate it at home, as I have a busy life and do not have the luxury of parking in front of a mirror for extended periods to make it look like it did when I came out of the salon. I do like to change styles from time to time and have received a lot of compliments about my hair each time she has done it. I now feel confident enough to tell her to do whatever she thinks will be best for me and knowing that she is right every time. read more
