Luis is such an amazing talent. I came to him, almost giving up on coloring my hair after a string of bad color jobs. My cut was kinda 'blah' and my color was just one, dark all over color. Megan started doing my daughter's hair when they were still too young to sit in the chair. Michelle does my hair now and it's able to pick the right color as well as the right Style. She is just great. Rhonda is the manicurist there and is wonderful. When I have multiple appointments scheduled one after another they work together to make the best use of my time as well as their time. They've also been there when I've been in a real pinch. I came here after my current hairdressers hours altered. It's always scary making a switch but I'm so pleased I did. I see Luis for color and cuts and I'm so impressed with what he has done with my condition, color and style. My hair has gone from being a little brassy to looking exactly what I wanted with a more refined color. He really looks carefully at what I need color wise and customizes for it each time so I'm not being over processed. Condition has really improved as well because I'm not being over processed coupled with good cuts and products. I've got so many compliments since I started coming here. I decided yesterday morning that I wanted my hair cut that day (this is a bad habit of mine). I have been going to another salon for a few years but really didn't want to drive across town and wait a week or more for an appointment. I am lucky enough to work from home and this place is very close so I went for it and landed a same day appointment (Very lucky me!) Sean, the owner, gave me a lovely cut that was exactly what I requested. He was kind and professional and I am very happy with the result. Consistently friendly staff and good haircuts for me and my boyfriend. Very courteous receptionists. They always have a smile and offer me bottled water every time we're there. Some salon's have long wait times even when arriving on an appt, but Sean's salon has been very much on time or a few mins over the scheduled time which isn't bad compared to other salon experiences. read more
