Took too long to get final results. AI was horrible. AI could not comprehend what I was saying.

There were three attempts, of which this technician came twice. He wasn't able to repair the oven. The homeowners are ages 94 and 89, and it's been a long while without an oven for them. We've been buying food/cooking food elsewhere and bringing it in but learned that we can use the top of the stove. (Is any of the fee refundable since it's still not repaired?) read more

I requested the repair tech give me 30 minutes notice. I recived a text then another text 13 minutes later that the tech had missed me. There is no way to get back in touch with these pexpel. I eventually got out of automated call hell and spoke to a call center rep in India. Nothing they could do other than text the tech. It's the most horrible business model available. Do not use these people. Nothing but bad reviews. read more

Dryer stopped working, Steve was assigned as my technician. Once he made it to my home, I then explain to him about what was going on with dryer. Steve said that it sounds like the temperature fuse had blown, and he'll have it fixed in just a few minutes. I ask what would cause it to do so, since it was a safety mechanism. He stated that its caused most of the time by the vests being stopped up, but would check it out. Steve begin to run tests, on dryer & within 5 minutes or so I heard the dryer go off. I was under the impression, that the dryer was fixed. I return back into the room with Steve & was told that the dryer cord end & outlet were bad. Steve pointed out where the outlet looked to have melted & caused damaged around the outlet. (Reason dryer wasn't coming on) I was then inform that he does not repair the outlet or the dryer end & I would have to seek help elsewhere. I asked if he had to order the parts & Steve said I would have to contact my home warranty. In the past if someone came out & found something that needed to be replaced, and didn't have parts. Technician would order part & return later to fix after part came end. Upon checking my email I saw where he forged something to be my signature for work performed. (Never was asked to sign anything) I was left in the same boat as to when he came because my dryer was not fixed & parts were not order. Would not recommend this guy as your technician. read more

I gave him that ready because he didn't try to come to my house like he should have I had told the the technician that I was not there but my son was there my son is 27 years old and he didn't try to to come in and now I got to wait again another week maybe two weeks I already waited 2 weeks now I got to wait again until he can come back again and I sit here and I waited and waited and waited but I had to go and take my other son to the dentist and I told him that I was not there but he did not try to even try to do the service call. I'm waiting on one part to be put on my dryer. read more
