I wasn't thrilled with the idea of using someone from outside the Grenada area just because I felt it would be hard to get service after the install. I also wasn't crazy about getting a heat pump - no one ever seemed to have nice things to say about those after the install either. Mr Burke was so patient with me while I vented all my concerns and gripes. h He was very thorough in his explanations of new technology in the heat pump world, how he would recommend setting the hvac up in our home and was very prompt with his replies to my MANY emails and concerns. Now three years later, our main unit was just acting weird. I called the office, shared my issues and within 36 hours- yes, that's a VERY reasonable time frame considering how hard it is to catch someone at my house- my home is nice and cozy once again. The service tech wasthere less than 20 minutes!!! I realize that every issue isn't this simple to fix, but the fact that he showed up right on the dot and has what my specific unit needed and fixed the problem, all in one trip - well, I will say I'm very pleased. We've had questions and concerns about random things over the three years and these folks were always PROMPT, courteous, professional and very friendly no matter how silly our questions were. service is what you get after the sale is done. I'd say these folks have earned our business!!!

However, I have had to have the transmission replaced once, carb replaced once drive belt twice and I was told by the repairman that the transmission was made of plastic and that he had changed many of them every week. He said on April 14, 2016 the last time he was at my house he had just changed 2 of them that day that he had already changed 1 month before that. I am so disappointed in the craftsman name. They sold this name to the highest bidder, I will never buy another craftsman anything and the public needs to know Sears is a failing company and this is one of the reasons. The sales people do not have decent products to sell anymore and are therefore ready to lie about these products to keep a job. SAD!!! I issued a formal complaint with BBB and the Sears representative that answered my complaint only said that they can only repair the issues as they arise. They will do nothing to make the customer satisfied. BE AWARE OF SEARS PRODUCTS. Spend your dollar by doing your research not just relaying on a name that in the past meant quality because it doesn't anymore.
