Previously we had good luck: 4 visits over the 2 past years, 4 different experiences. Each came to fix different refrigerator or dish washer issues. First 3 visits excellent and each tech was courteous and went (slightly) above and beyond the minimum to make everything good. Most recent service is negative stars. They came to fix a leak with water on the back of the fridge. Tech came, found a minor nick in the plastic water pipe 1" from the inlet. Wouldn't fix, wouldn't check if the line was attached well or look over anything. Said "I'm not sure what size pipe it is" so incompetence might be a factor too. Spent more time finding the serial number than doing anything. Rather rude and just said it's not his job and just left. Waste of time and money. read more

when service requests are for daily use appliances I believe response time should be much shorter. I also believe that some items should be stock items; so people don't have to wait a month or more for the part and repair. I also still believe in people working. Your AI received my parts, all except one, that it canceled. so I waited about 4 weeks more to have a repairman show up and not be able to repair my range because the main control panel was canceled because it is no longer available. Lots of wasted technician time. read more
