I communicated this to Sara Davis on our first meeting. She is very knowledgeable of the carpet industry, having grown up in it. She took the time to explain the different types of carpet and padding. She then recommended those she thought best suited my needs/wants. I tend to shop around when making a big buying decision. I found a sample at a competitor which I liked better than those she had shown me. Upon getting a price from the competitor, I called her to see if she could get the same carpet. She indicated she could do that and her price was lower than the competitor. Her installers did an excellent job. I recently had the inside of my house painted and they were very careful not to damage the walls. Don't be fooled by the name. Sara and her installers are very professional and hardworking. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to my friends and family.

Did a great job removing carpet and installing LVP in 2 bedrooms back in January. No issues and…read moregreat work. Had them remove hardwood flooring and replace again with LVP. Love the flooring. Workers worked hard and finished on time. Issues were damage to walls, as in scratched and chipped paint (numerous places), missing bumper for door stopper, scratched and chipped baseboard, and on baseboard where old quarter round was removed there is a line of old chalking showing well above new quarter round which needs to be scraped and repainted. We asked our workers and were told they did not paint.! So apparently, if you contract them, we suggest up front that repair of damaged walls and correcting any new issues be addressed in the up-front contract! We received no follow up call from company as they did back in January which overall left us very disappointed with their overall job!!

Originally I would have easily given a 5 star rating. Alyssa provided wonderful customer service,…read morewas very knowledgeable, and offered excellent suggestions for me to think about in order to help me decide. She had the day off the day my flooring came in. I was presented with the invoice that listed the total linear footage of flooring, not the number of boxes. I failed to do the math. My floor installation guy informed me I was shorted 3 boxes and he found 3 boxes with different UCP codes. So, I actually was shorted 6 boxes. The 3 boxes with wrong codes were 8 mil thick. The other 21 boxes were 10 mil thick. I called Alyssa and explained this to her. She informed me that I received 27 boxes total. WRONG! I only received 24 boxes. An entire wrapped pallet wrapped in plastic was loaded into my truck with a fork lift. 4 rows of 6 boxes in each row. I did not receive 3 additional boxes!!! Alyssa said they could comp me for the 3 wrong boxes BUT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE 3 BOXES I WAS SHORTED!! Nothing! So, I had to order 6 additional boxes. 3 were replacements and 3 I had to purchase again. When I went in to return the bad boxes and pick up the new ones I tried again to get some sort of compensation for the missing 3 boxes. NOTHING!! They could have a least cut me a deal, but no! So very disappointed! I will have 3 more rooms to refloor at another date and I will not dare give this company another penny.
