    Upon arrival we found part of the home 923 Tivoli Naples Fl without electric (lights not working,…read morepool heat off, a/c not working, etc.) when we called for assistance the office was closed so my husband tried to troubleshoot and found breakers had tripped and was able to reset them except for the pool/hot tub heat. We spent our entire first evening scouring the home manual operating instructions for the hot tub/pool heat to no avail. The following morning I called the office and they were closed again so I used the emergency number. Kim returned my call and said she and property owners were aware the pool/hot tub heat was not working before we arrived and that she had called for repair. At this point I had no idea that we would spend our entire stay without pool/hot tub heat making it unusable. I followed up with Kim the next day but the office was closed so I used the emergency number to get an update. When Kim returned my call she informed me to expect that we would not have pool/hot tub heat for our entire stay and that I had interrupted a birthday party. (Wow!) I find it egregious that we were not told ahead of time the pool/hot tub heat wasn't working prior to check in. We completely understand things breakdown but this is not the "microwave" it's the "pool/hot tub use" the main attraction for coming to Florida in the winter time. Everyday counts on vacation with your children. The pool/hot tub was the main attraction for us. We are disappointed we were not given a chance to book other accommodations PRIOR to check in, when Kim found out from the cleaners that a significant main feature wasn't working and would not be for our entire stay. Now back home and reflecting on our stay the complete lack of empathy or any suggestion of resolution by CNE is quite shocking. CNE & Owners Please do the right thing by making this very disappointing situation fair for all of us. We are officially requesting a partial refund and prepaid pool heat charge returned.

Starting with sending a deposit for a house and not hearing from them for 10 months. I contacted them and was told they "tried" to contact me to tell me the house was no longer available because of a fire. They had my $8,000. They had another house available we could use. It was more money, less rooms but available. Please note my email never changed. Because we had no choice we said ok to the house. the BBQ had to be replaced the first day. The refrigerator had a frost problem and the water and ice didn't work so I had to buy ice for the month. One of the bathrooms was clogged and had to be "jetted" and all the baths needed to be sanitized. Random fire alarms went off, once at 2am. The pool wasn't serviced for 13 days and turned green. Couldn't swim for 4 days. Many more problems. Was told not to use them because of complaints. Gave away my 2026 rental even with a signed contract. Horrible and unprofessional I received a credit of $500 for all of these problems. should get no stars
