I wasn't getting in until very late, and the young woman who helped me made my check-in extremely easy. They set up a lockbox for you and send instructions via text message. They have laundry facilities on site, free of charge, which is unheard of! It was very much appreciated. My room was just as it appeared on the website. It was very modern and decorated really cute. The bed was super comfy as well. I loved the fact that even though it was a small unit, I had a kitchen area. The room was equipped with everything I needed and then some. I will definitely be back! The Resort like entrance and Lobby were impressive. Upon check in we were offered a glass of Champagne and Concierge was great providing recommendations. Our room was in the main building which was great as it was on the top floor and the balcony faced the pool. Spacious room with a king size bed and the bathroom was roomy with a separate shower and tub sadly one vanity sink and lighting in the bathroom needs help. The king size bed was a bit hard and after one night it was a bit rough, thankfully if you request it the hotel does have mattress topper that makes it so much better. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and courteous. There are 2 ( The London Club & The Claw Bar ) restaurants located in the hotel and I ate in both. Reservations can be made in the hotel and Open Table. The food was good unfortunately both restaurants have the same menu. There is a 3rd ComplimentaryComplimentary(sister) restaurant associated with the hotel - Syrens's which is located a few blocks away and easy to get to with complimentary shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. The hotel also has Complimentary use of the bicycles parked in front of the hotel. Daily continental breakfast - pastries, some fruit and coffee I was advised that if a future stay is in the future to contact the hotel directly for a repeat guest for a discount.

That was quite nice. If you are looking for simple accommodations, for a steal of a price, this would be your place. It does not have a full kitchen, very simple in that sense. You get a mini-fridge, a microwave in your room. So, for someone who plans to eat out, this would be perfect. They have bikes for rent, per day $10. The room itself was clean, and nicely put together. The bed, though pretty, was not that comfortable. The pillows were very small as well. The grounds were kept nice. The could spruce up their pool area a bit. Make it more welcoming. I ended up having to leave a day early due to flooding in that area. The water was almost coming into my room, it was a bit scary! I would have assumed due to the almost flooding in the room they would have offered at least half of one day back in fees, but they did not.

There was a guy snoring in the room next door and I could literally hear him as if he were in my room next to my bed. I couldn't sleep ALL NIGHT due to this. Literally it was terrible. The room had an ajoining door which was so thin, you could hear a pin drop in the room next door. I had the television at the lowest possible volume tick but felt guilty and turned it off because I could hear so clearly what was going on in the room next door. I even bumped up the fan on the ac unit hoping to drown it out. For this reason I could never stay here again nor recommend this hotel. Ever. Which is a complete shame because it's two streets over from 5th Avenue in Naples which is so hard to find. And there is absolutely pride in ownership here. The rooms are spotless, the grass is green and landscaping nice. Free WiFi. Free parking. It's all so much better than I thought it would be when I saw pictures. Sure it's a 1960s style hotel but the location can't be beat in Naples. The clientele was definitely of the older variety. But as I said the adjoining doors were so thin that you could hear everything in the room next door. Such a shame because beyond that it's great. But it's a BIG issue!!! BTW ... Skip the gross breakfast and go out to 5th Ave and spend $8 each for a real breakfast. It's plastic wrapped bagels and muffins at the hotel.

It's difficult to even check your email The management company ROOTS spends as little $$ as possible on this park & doesn't seem to care about keeping their visitors happy. If you're a beach goer, please note it's very difficult to find beach parking due to severe damage from Hurricane Ian in 2022 & multiple hurricanes in 2024. If the beach is your thing, go somewhere else! We won't we returning next winter....

These are individually owned small condos…read more These condos are small hotel size suites, with a mini kitchen, bedroom, bath and small living room. Some owners use the property manager on site, others use VRBO or AirBnB. Each unit is kept up by the owners. Some are in great shape, some are not. Check the individual room ratings and pictures to choose. The building was once a jewel and it does need some work. But, for a short trip, beachfront property walking distance to and from the restaurants it is worth it. Many complain that it wasn't what it used to be and it isn't, but it's about 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the Marriott and Hilton. If you know before you go... it will be great.
