I wasn't getting in until very late, and the young woman who helped me made my check-in extremely easy. They set up a lockbox for you and send instructions via text message. They have laundry facilities on site, free of charge, which is unheard of! It was very much appreciated. My room was just as it appeared on the website. It was very modern and decorated really cute. The bed was super comfy as well. I loved the fact that even though it was a small unit, I had a kitchen area. The room was equipped with everything I needed and then some. I will definitely be back! Thank you for making a late night traveller's check-in a breeze:)

That was quite nice. If you are looking for simple accommodations, for a steal of a price, this would be your place. It does not have a full kitchen, very simple in that sense. You get a mini-fridge, a microwave in your room. So, for someone who plans to eat out, this would be perfect. They have bikes for rent, per day $10. The room itself was clean, and nicely put together. The bed, though pretty, was not that comfortable. The pillows were very small as well. The grounds were kept nice. The could spruce up their pool area a bit. Make it more welcoming. I ended up having to leave a day early due to flooding in that area. The water was almost coming into my room, it was a bit scary! I would have assumed due to the almost flooding in the room they would have offered at least half of one day back in fees, but they did not.

There was a guy snoring in the room next door and I could literally hear him as if he were in my room next to my bed. I couldn't sleep ALL NIGHT due to this. Literally it was terrible. The room had an ajoining door which was so thin, you could hear a pin drop in the room next door. I had the television at the lowest possible volume tick but felt guilty and turned it off because I could hear so clearly what was going on in the room next door. I even bumped up the fan on the ac unit hoping to drown it out. For this reason I could never stay here again nor recommend this hotel. Ever. Which is a complete shame because it's two streets over from 5th Avenue in Naples which is so hard to find. And there is absolutely pride in ownership here. The rooms are spotless, the grass is green and landscaping nice. Free WiFi. Free parking. It's all so much better than I thought it would be when I saw pictures. Sure it's a 1960s style hotel but the location can't be beat in Naples. The clientele was definitely of the older variety. But as I said the adjoining doors were so thin that you could hear everything in the room next door. Such a shame because beyond that it's great. But it's a BIG issue!!! BTW ... Skip the gross breakfast and go out to 5th Ave and spend $8 each for a real breakfast. It's plastic wrapped bagels and muffins at the hotel.

A large veranda offers relaxed additional eating area or late night cocktails. Great customer service. 25 min Uber from airport. Walking distance to Publix. CVS and a huge variety of eateries.

Lower floors probably have a view of the back of those buildings or the pool. Room was spacious, well-maintained, and the galley kitchen was stocked with waters and plenty of coffee supplies. There is a very high lip on the door frame leading to the balcony. I totally understand why but unless you really think about lifting your foot high enough to clear it, you'll stub your toes every time. The staff is super friendly but we noticed some inconsistency in service. Several times we went through the lobby to get our car, the place was completely deserted and we'd have to wait for someone to assist us. Same with housekeeping; two days our person was incredibly thorough and conscientious. The other two days, the person was in and out within minutes, overlooking several items. Room service is served via the restaurant staff rather than separate 'runners'. Ordering took a while (we had to leave a message and received a call back 20 minutes later) and delivery took even longer (40 minutes for dinner, over an hour for breakfast). We really enjoyed the beach bar and service while on the beach. That was pretty decadent! Towels and chairs are complementary from 8 am until sunset on the beach. The staff on the beach was super helpful and nice. Other than room service and the beach bar (drinks only) we did not eat in any of the resort restaurants. They had odd hours (in my opinion) and much fancier fare than I was after. What we did try was tasty but we ended up going off-site when we wanted to eat out. This has nothing to do with the resort but the beach itself is full of shells. Buy beach shoes or you'll have a tough time walking the shoreline. It's also not that clear cerulean blue you'll find on many Gulf beaches. Although very warm, it reminded me more of the Atlantic side of FL.

These are individually owned small condos…read more These condos are small hotel size suites, with a mini kitchen, bedroom, bath and small living room. Some owners use the property manager on site, others use VRBO or AirBnB. Each unit is kept up by the owners. Some are in great shape, some are not. Check the individual room ratings and pictures to choose. The building was once a jewel and it does need some work. But, for a short trip, beachfront property walking distance to and from the restaurants it is worth it. Many complain that it wasn't what it used to be and it isn't, but it's about 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the Marriott and Hilton. If you know before you go... it will be great.

They have grills for cooking, a beautiful pool with a deep end and two shallow ends, ample beach chairs, 2 hot tubs built in that glow beautifully at night, 2 boardwalks our to the beach, showers, a tennis court, and ample parking. The beach out front had two full rows of beach chairs available to rent. The beach is white sand and powdery soft. It doesn't hurt to walk on in the heat. And the shells... every shape, size, and color you can imagine! Interested in parasailing, jet skiing, boating, or shelling tours? All are available! It is also right next door to the JW Marriott and they do an AMAZING fire twirling show to music every evening!

We toured a lot of of them trying to find a nice place to put a RV. And this place wins hands-down. The pool is large and beautiful with lots of chairs there's pickle ball there's Bocce there's horse Everybody gets a nice area for their RV with a nice brick patio and a picnic table. The river runs right through there you can go kayaking or you can go paddle boarding down the river. Everything is so well maintained it's clean and it's just absolutely wonderful. There last year's winter schedule was full of things to do where you would never be bored. Can't wait for my family members to get here and stay there. We stopped in the office and both times we stopped. The two ladies were absolutely super special very kind explained everything gave us all just a complete joy and beautiful place to stay

I do have a couple complaints about the park. One being is that it needs a hot tub. Most RV parks of this nature have hot tubs. This one is lacking. The other complaint is about screen rooms. This park is in Florida and there are lots of bugs and no see'ums. However, this park does not allow screen rooms at your RV site unless that room is attached to your RV. Without a screen room you need to lather up in bug spray. Sites are fairly close together but there is still room to have a nice patio. A river flows through the park making it perfect for kayaking. Roads are level for bike riding and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. We enjoyed shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball and many of the other activities available at the park. Should we return to Florida for another winter, we would definitely consider staying here. It's also in a great location and close to the beach.
