this is the dirtiest laundromat I've ever seen. people sleeping on the benches, trash everywhere, everything is dirty and disgusting. id be worried my clothes came out worse than when they went in. they should get someone in there to maintain the place. terrible smh read more

I've always had the same problem. The people who work there on Saturdays are rude. An older woman and a man who smells really bad, who looks like her son, are there in the morning. Today I asked her for change for $2 in dimes to wash. The man who smells bad is with her and says he can't change it for me. Should I go to the gas station to change it? Wow, what's wrong with her if you're investing your money in washing over $100 a month there? How could they be upset if I exchanged $2 in dimes that I gave her to wash? Going to the gas station doesn't make sense to me. Besides, they're very disrespectful. Having to deal with a man who doesn't smell good and is rude when he speaks, and the older woman who thinks she's being nice by changing me $2 when it's her job to help the customer. Besides, the place is very hot, since it has little ventilation and there is no air circulation, you have to leave or wait inside the car. The times I have gone, my clothes have been stolen for leaving and no one responds. In short, I do not think I will return because I have more problems every time I go. I will look for a closed laundry with ventilation, it is the best option. read more

Originally my rating was a 5, until my last encounter with the Wash and Fold service they offer. They use to have an older African American woman working the weekends there who was awesome--then she resigned. That woman was replaced by an elderly white woman who serviced me. Usual process this last go around; I paid, left my cloths and then recovered them the following afternoon. No issues, until I got home and opened my laundry bag. A quarter of my cloths were splattered with milk chocolate, both on the inside and the outside of my light colored clothing. I initially thought it was a wash issue, but the chocolate was not "melted on," rather it looked like the folding table or the laundry cart had some chocolate left on it by a customer and this lady just placed my cloths on top of it. That is not what upset me because I understand that those things can happen and that I can just wash off the stains. What really upset me was that the chocolate stains were everywhere and it was IMPOSSIBLE not to see it while folding the cloths. Long story short, unless this lady was 100% blind, the seemingly PURPOSEFULLY folded my chocolate-stained cloths instead of throwing them in to be washed again. Damn shame because now I am unlikely to return to this place now, even when I had so many positive experiences with the old wash/fold attendant. read more

I'm in town for business for a few weeks and dropped off my laundry here. The ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. However, after I picked it up the next day and began unpacking I noticed I was missing several shirts, underwear, and socks. I returned to this establishment to inform the ladies about the missing items. Again, the woman there was nice but unable to help me and advised I return in a few days to speak to the individual who actually did wash my laundry. At this point I'm quite sure my missing clothes are lost. I'm very disappointed because I chose this place due to the reviews. A total of 25 dryers and 49 washing machines...yeah, I had some time on my hands so I counted all of them... prices range at $1.75, $2.00, & $3.00 per machine. The attendants makes sure the laundromat is clean, the machines are working properly, and does the wash, dry, fold service for customers who don't have the time to do the laundry themselves. I usually do my laundry at home, but when I have more than three loads, the laundromat cuts the washing & drying time in half. read more

We were on our honeymoon and after being gone a week and going on a cruise we needed to do laundry the Hotell had laundry but at 15$ for a t shirt I took a chance we had a weeks worth of clothing for two people 25lbs. They charge a dollar a pound for wash and fold! We had some cloths that couldn't be dried. Everything was done in 4 hours and was so easy. The staff was quick and respectful! read more

This coin laundry is always clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. They offer free WiFi which makes it even more convenient.

Connie was so accommodating. I needed a bag of towels done before my flight back to NY and she had it ready in an hour and a half. I will definitely be using this establishment in the future. read more
