I knew it was time to replace it to avoid a catastrophic leak. Joe was great. He was able to assess the job without coming on-site. After reviewing pictures, he noticed that it wasn't a regular water heater and it needed to be special ordered. Tyler and Bobby came out and install was smooth. Joe and his team really went above and beyond to get the right LP water heater and get it installed. The first thing I did was search Google for a plumber and All Valley was the first number I called and I'm so glad I did.

Joe answered after hours (he was at the gym and I have an 808 number, so I was pretty impressed). He didn't say "we can send someone tomorrow", instead he told me he'd call one of his guys who was just finishing a job and see if he could get him to swing by. His guy stopped by and at the same time we found out it wasn't a real leak, an upstairs neighbor had an issue with their portable dishwasher. They were super nice and we will for sure be calling them if we have any other issues.

Tyler came to help with a stopped up drain in my 85 year old farm house, that turned into a much…read morebigger job upon realizing that the drain was not routed into the septic. Instead, it was draining into the ground...something that was acceptable in 1940 when it was built. Over 85 years, the drain pipe had eroded and likely collapsed, causing the sink to stop draining. Tyler went to great lengths to figure this out, and was 100% ambitious, positive and reassuring in stating that it would be fixable. Two days later, he returned to perform the work and succeeded at rerouting the pipe to the septic. Tyler was extremely hard working and represented his company in an exemplary manner. It was not an easy task and he should have been supported with some help, or the job assigned to a smaller plumber. He gave 5 star effort. I would not, however, rate the company as high, due their lack of concern for his safety.
