The manager of that store will not help us pay for our damages and she doesn't seem to care about running a customer safe environment.I have also tried to contact McDonalds HR but they will not help or take any responsibility for having an unsafe environment. You get the same person every time you call who has a file of canned answers...say hi to Ian if you try calling there! I've talked to Ian 3 times since this happened in March. I have seen Tim Hortons employees chipping excessive ice in their drive through so I think the McDonalds should do the same.
